They move at the pace of the sloth in zootopia, got the order wrong and on top have an attitude when you point it out politely to them.
No choice of food, lady serving delighted in putting a whole scoop full of ice in my latte when I asked for less ice, saying “I put a scoop in lady, that’s what I do”, pouring it in to my drink in front of me. Just plain weird!!!

People leaving reviews here must not fly very much. This place is pretty much the same decent quality as any airport Starbucks I have been to. Yes, the lines are long if you are there at peak hours. Welcome to coffee shops in airports in the morning. I went at an off peak time, they were fast, there was no line, place was clean, they got my order right. Great in my book.

I went to this Starbucks on Wednesday to buy a drink, paid for a venti size but it wasn't filled up. I asked the male staff at the counter if he could fill it up for me, but he replied that he didn't understand. It wasn't until I got angry and told him to make another drink that he filled it up. I saw other customers getting their drinks filled up, am I being treated unfairly? The service is really bad here, it's not worth coming to this store. You won't get what you want.

Staff were rude, when we asked for a blonde roast we were told it didn’t exist and he didn’t know what it was (it was right behind him on the menu too).

This place was dirty all over. None of the tables was clean, the floor was a mess. Service wrote various customers names intentionally wrong so we missed our order and a lot of people were confused. Don’t get your coffee

Understaffed. Long waiting times.The staff working there is doing thousands of things simultaneously and therefore barely listens to what the customer has to say / mixes up orders constantly.Multiple items were out of stock.

Took 50 minutes for a single lemon bar loaf. Hire more staff because obviously four workers isn't enough. At least it wasn't expired.

Starbucks pre security terminal 3. Yikes. Brutal customer service. Not sure if trained poorly or just not good. 1 star is generous.
It is incredible that Starbucks charges an extra for ordering the drink without ice, I think it is an abuse on their part, it is disappointing to see how they generate profit by filling the glasses with ice and a few drops of the drink, very badly
