People leaving reviews here must not fly very much. This place is pretty much the same decent quality as any airport Starbucks I have been to. Yes, the lines are long if you are there at peak hours. Welcome to coffee shops in airports in the morning. I went at an off peak time, they were fast, there was no line, place was clean, they got my order right. Great in my book.

Understaffed. Long waiting times.The staff working there is doing thousands of things simultaneously and therefore barely listens to what the customer has to say / mixes up orders constantly.Multiple items were out of stock.

Ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso through the mobile app for pick up. Overall great experience! Despite how busy they were, the staff was friendly and I was able to get my order in good timing. Much appreciated ☕️
