This place is pretty big and clean. We were greeted right away upon entering, but it's pretty busy in the morning. I ended up placing a mobile order while waiting in line. That ended up being faster than waiting in line. It's a lot bigger inside than I originally thought. Past the bar where you pick up your drinks, there was a whole other room where you can sit and enjoy your drink. My drinks came out quick and just like I ordered it.

Everything was very good with the food and the atmosphere but the service was unfortunate, we had not decided what to order and the cashier called us and we told her to wait a second because we did not know what to order and there was no one else behind us. Then she didn't want to serve us, she literally said no, I'm not going to serve you and another girl had to come out and serve us, she was very kind, but they already gave us a bad time

The horrible person with an attitude making drinks should find another job and not give attitude to customers when asking if the have the toppings required on a drink. Snapping your fingers at customers is inappropriate and unacceptable. Especially at 9am.

I regret to say that I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this Starbucks location. On three separate occasions, my drinks were not made as ordered. When I asked for a remake, the staff responded with noticeable eye rolls and unprofessional attitudes.
As a regular customer, it’s frustrating to spend money on drinks that don’t meet expectations, especially when the staff seems indifferent to customer satisfaction. This recurring issue makes me wonder about the management’s oversight and training standards. I hope improvements can be made to ensure better service and accurate order fulfillment in the future.
Ps: this was my "Mango Dragon Fruit" Instagram vs reality ? I still don't understand why the baristas love to mix water with the drink. If I wanna drink flavored water I just drink my water at home. I'm expecting to get the drink that I am paying for not half water and half syrup.
