Starburst Parlor Keto Bakery & Coffee Parlor

I was just there. This afternoon and I got their keto red velvet Cupcakes and their carrot cake cupcake. And I have to tell you they are to die for. Thank you for having the only keto bakery.

After wanting to go for a long time, we finally made it today. We had two sandwiches, two dirty chais, a banana cupcake, and a lemon bar. Everything was outstanding. We will be back!

I am becoming a regular customer of this amazing keto bakery! Due to a genetic discovery, my daughter has to always remain on a ketogenic diet. She is a foodie and absolutely loves everything we have received from Starburst Parlor! We have had cupcakes, brownies, and we tried our first Keto cheese pizza today! It was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend Starburst Parlor! Thank you for giving us options!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Anyone visiting Vegas and looking for good keto, gluten free, sugar free (and some dairy free) goodies, you gotta stop at Starburst Parlor. It’s all fresh made - sandwiches, pizza, gelato/sorbato, cupcakes, cookies, bagels, coffee drinks cold-brew. Even there coffee flavoring syrups are homemade. Such a cute little mom & son run retro cafe. PS - the Goodfella sandwich was da’bomb dot com! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Visited Las Vegas for a wedding and grabbed breakfast from Starburst Parlor. All I can say is WOW. I’m blown away. Having been diagnosed celiac at 35, I never thought I’d eat a fluffy biscuit like that again. I can say without hesitation that I will absolutely positively be back.

I've been following this page for a while now. I spent a weekend in Las Vegas and was finally able to experience this amazing place. I ordered several items as I was thrilled to find a place that was keto-friendly and fit my dietary routine. I ordered a biscuit, cookies, cheesecake, cinnamon roll, and a carrot cupcake. Everything was so delicious that I went back the next morning to order more before I had to leave. Aside from the delicious food, the customer service and cleanliness were outstanding. The owners were very friendly and helpful. My only regret was not ordering the pizza 🍕 I hope to find myself in Las Vegas again soon to revisit this lovely place.

This place is fabulous! Always great service, always super clean, and delicious healthy food every time. It's hard to find keto food that actually tastes good and the owner has mastered it!!!!! From bakery items to pizza and sandwiches, everything is always so good and without all the carbs! The custom cakes and cheesecakes are fantastic too. You are missing out if you have not been here and are looking for low carb options that taste good. They make wheat, gluten & sugar free items!

Absolutely fabulous German chocolate cake, and all of the other stuff that I’ve had has been just so good. And I just tried their homemade ice cream that they make and it’s awesome.

I love this local shop that services the community by providing sweets, food, an drinks for those who are gluten free, celiac, and on a sugar free journey. I picked up the Jill, a couple of sweets and observed this mom and son duo put their heart into the business and it shows. They are kind, attentive, work fast, and provide food made from scratch. I am so lucky to be close by this spot and will try to come through whenever I can. I'll probably be by on weekends to get my sweet fixes!

Not only is Starburst Parlor the cutest inside, but the love and passion in every single aspect of this place is obvious. Run by a mama and her son, they are so dedicated to creating good quality food and guest interactions. I am currently doing a continuous glucose monitoring for my own knowledge and was SO excited to see a normal post meal glucose result after a coffee and a treat. Keep doing amazing things SP!!
