My first visit to Starburst Parlour and I can definitely say I have so many more reasons to visit now. I found out today that they make pizza too! Today I got the large hot chai and the loaded cinnamon bun. I know from previous experience that bacon is a perfect and versatile food but today I learned that it goes amazingly with a keto cinnamon bun. I bought my desserts for tonight’s basketball game as well and some treats for my friends who all adored the cupcakes. I was surprised at the large selection and cannot wait to visit again. And did I mention Pizza?!Parking: The construction lanes are much more visible now. Drive slow and take your time.

We visited Starburst early on a Thursday and it is quite visually impressive inside.We got 2 cookies, 1 Peanut Butter and 1 Chocolate Chip, and 2 muffins, 1 Carrot and 1 Grandma's Banana Bread.If you find that alcoholy/burny feeling from alternative sweeteners is normally strong for you, then you might want to avoid the baked goods here.The cookies were hard to finish, as we found the taste of the sweetener overwhelming.The carrot cake was a similar issue, but overall better.Grandma's Banana bread was the best of everything we had as the taste of the sweeteners was the least here. Perhaps because the sweetness of the banana's was sufficient.Overall, I would recommend buying 1 or 2 baked good to see how your tolerance is.Dietary restrictions: For a gluten free diet, this place is great. The Keto diet is naturally gluten free. However, if you have any sensitivity to alternative sweeteners they are used heavily here.

Amazing!!!!! I’ve lost a bunch of lbs on keto and wanted to keep it going while in Vegas! This place makes AMAZING EVERYTHING! I had coffee, a breakfast bagel various desserts and pizza over the course of my trip,The lady running the place is awesome and we had the best time talking to her.The ambiance is great, too! Feels so welcoming!

The parking lot has gotten so much better since my first attempt. Great selections today and service was exceptional. I got the Chai tea and a loaded cinnamon bun as well as a few assorted snacks for my friends to try. Everyone was happy, myself included. Life is too short to eat turkey sausage and egg whites for breakfast. Try something new and support a local business. You will not be disappointed.

Wow , the service here was beyond excellent! Now let's talk flavor , I have to say they had an absolutely fabulous breakfast sanwich . The bagel was excellent, and the topings wore fresh and delicious.The drinks wore an Americano, which tasted amazing and a deliciously balanced cold brew with a yummy cream topping. The fact the decor made me feel at home ( yes, I am a vintage fanatic ) and was what brought me here is a plus, but the food was amazing! Give this cute small business a try , and you'll be pleased . My friend and I wore extremely happy ?!Thanks Jill and son for an amazing experience and yummy healthy food.
