Steak 'n Shake

I love this place!! Hidden gem for sure.! Perfect for solo travelers or super family friendly. Food is hot and cooked at the moment. Awesome old school dinner vibes. Place is clean and all the staff are friendly. Management is always present and smiling. And the Hotel is great as well. This place is high quality yet budget friendly. Will be back.

This has been the worst Streak n shake location I have eaten from in my life. The bread was so thick and dry and the steak patties were DRY N BURNT, definitely not the quality it should have been from this restaurant. Such a waste of money and waste of food we couldn’t even finish.👎🏼👎🏼

This is nothing like a normal steak n shake. The chili had no beans in it and didn’t taste like their signature chili. Dine in meals came out fast food style instead of on plates with no lettuce and tomatoes for burgers.

Western burger had toms of flavor delicious out of this world.onion rings for $4.99 killer deal! Shake was good, got double.mix in for .99 cents! Very thiiiicck

Ordered a combo meal and they forgot my fries. The Cashier was a sweetheart, Bless Shanon’s heart but the Manager “RAMZI” has terrible customer service and refused to refund the fries and told me it was “My Job” to make sure everything was in the bag…yet they gave us the bag stapled shut. Cooking staff apparently doesn’t know how to grill onions? Overall food was good but Ramzi chose to argue a 4 dollar refund for a mistake his staff made. Bless Sharon tho, she should be promoted to manager. Ramzi doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

I am an avid burger fan and Steak ‘n Shake fan but this service was terrible. My family ordered 7 orders of fries and 90% of the fries were freaking cold. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the food. We spoke out to a worker and they said they would take care of it, but they did absolutely nothing. Do better. I am a tourist and I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I hope to warn other helpless tourists from doing the same thing and ordering steak ‘n shake

The food was excellent and the staff was very nice. The place was clean. My biggest complaint was it took 35 mins to get a milkshake. Got and ate our food that was hot and fresh in 10 mins, but then still waited around for another 40 mins for a milkshake, and the place had maybe 5 small families in it the whole time so not sure what the issue was. We weren't the only ones waiting for them either, and the lady said she was helping because they were so backed up in shakes. Literally had to ask twice before they even made our shakes as you can see them thru the glass.

The staff was great, friendly, and welcoming. Came in on a late Xmas evening for dinner with my family and they made sure it was a great dinning experience. I appreciate the good food, and the staff's awesome service. We'll be back soon.

I tried the burger and fries. The burger came it was piping hot and in my opinion it was one of the best burger I had had in a long time. Luckily, I was able to be in a position to play a show at this venue and later in the evening, I went back and I had a steak Frank. The steak Frank was warm when it came and it tasted very well. I really enjoyed my time here.

Quietly placed in the corner. I enjoyed a couple burgers and a $3 beer from the bar.

Wheelchair accessibility: We were seated at a table. With no issues. The staff just moved his chair out of the way for us .
