Steak 'n Shake

Got food poisoning and there is zero doubt it was from this location

We showed up in the evening. And we were inside the OYO hotel. Which was the old hooters... Anywho... It look like it was closed bcuz there was maybe 2 or 3 tables being occupied... So we walked in a lil further and seen workers in the back kitchen and a host walking towards us... So we order our food which we both got the same thing which was a #6 double BarBQ bacon burger. Mmmmmm tasty. It was a combo too. ☺️ Except I didn't want onion ring in mine. Meaning no onions please!!!! Well we get our food and go back upstairs to prepare to sit and eat... The food was delicious don't get me wrong. I love barbq bacon burgers no matter where I get them .. but OMG I haven't had a good burger in so long I ate everything. And that burger was BIG. I didn't like the fact that they still had raw onions and fried onions on my burger but I ate it all. I guess I have to be more specific on how I don't like onions. And request them all to be taken off. Overall, I eat here again.... Thanks to the team there last night. Food was awesome 😎 ☺️

Had to wait 10+ minutes for a shake while the workers did dishes and served other people!

Not impressed. Got there about 7:30 pm. Place had only a few people in it. Burgers were SURPRISINGLY tiny...looked more like a slider, and fries were ice cold. Requested hot fries, but by the time we got them our tiny burgers were finished. $35 for a crappy meal. Definitely would not recommend.

Steak ‘n Shake has changed. It is no longer the same. The food is terrible. The service was bad. I would never return to this place

Bun looks like compressed, or is it supposed to be so thin? The Garlic taste is good. Beef is very thin.

The milkshake is so thick, very delicious.

Could not get our name right for the order. The fries were literally dripping oil when we took them out of the bag, inedible.

Thee WORST Steak and Shake I've ever been to. I ordered to go eat in my room and my fries were LITTERALLY DRIPPING OIL. Like soggy and DRIPPING. The bag was soaked through with oil and tearing by the time I got to my 6th floor room. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

It's just ok, because it's in a casino. I don't like smelling cigarettes and since it's in a casino, you can't use your rewards or get any rewards.

Adding the largest American flags outside of your restaurants does nothing to fix your food and make it better. It's just dumb. It's something that short guys do with their jacked up f150s. It doesn't make you more patriotic.

Customer service was mean
