When a corporation offers an incentive for you to go to this business and to partake in something that they sell, especially on a special occasion like a birthday, then every single store that bears the banner of that corporation should honor that corporations policies no matter what. But that does not seem to be the case when you get to Las Vegas, Nevada. A certain section of the So-Called strip and also the Fremont area believe they are exempt from corporate policies because of the high amount of traffic that these areas generate being a part of an integral area of Vegas. The issue I have with this is that every corporate store should follow corporate guidelines and offer everything that are corporate store should be mandated to do instead of thinking they're special and not have to honor anything that is advertised or put out by the corporation. So steak 'n shake fails big time in this because they don't honor the birthday shakes and when you've only got a limited number of store locations in an area, especially less than 5. You would think that they would want to be able to promote anything to help increase business revenue so that they would stay afloat in this time a of a possible economic downturn.

Very disrespectful staff. Probably because we are tourists. They were making fun of us and the supervisor(I’m guessing she was) came out after we got mad and she started talking to us in a very rude way and at the end of it she gave us a hand gesture to go away.😂

Went there at 1:25AM - was told they are closed GOOGLE says they're open until 2AM..... The cashier was still standing at the counter???? She asked the cooks if they were open????? If you're open you are open?????

Fatima cashier, Daniel manager These two made the experience horrible. I stood 20 minutes waiting to order, for Fatima to say she didn't know i was in line. Then the next guy asked for a beer, she took his order and payment. She bypassed me telling her what I wanted to order. Then she proceeded to say I wasn't standing in the right spot in the line. Daniel came out and showed no interest because my concern disrupted what he was doing. I ended up with no food and was stunned. Not every customer is drunk or homeless.

Great burger and shake option if you want to get in from the heat on Fremont Street. The garlic burger was fantastic! I also got a free refill on my drink, but I don’t know if that is standard. I was nice and said please.

It´s inside the Casino which is always cool, very nice and clean food court.
Burgers are smaller than they look in the menu but their delicious, you can always fill them with fries and stack them hahah as seen in last pictures.
Fries are thin and delicious, kind of bizarre no other place has them. They give refills to your drink.
It´s right beside the Freemont Street Experience which is probably the main thing going on in downtown vegas.
