This is my favorite pizza place in Vegas and has been for over 10 years!

Very good pizza but poor service.
Tables was dirty. Waitress didn't ask if we wanted menus. She didn't check on us after our food was brought out. When we were done with our food she left the bill and didn't come back to our table for another 15 to 20 minutes. She spent most of her time chatting with another employee.

This is one of my favorites for pizza. The crust that they make the pizzas with is in my top 5 favorites. 5 stars all the way.

We ordered online for pick up. We've been looking for margherita pizza close to home. Free onsite parking with handicap access. Customer service was great. When we open the box the pizza didn't look like the margherita pictured online. There were hardly any sliced tomatoes nor basil. They squeezed a sweet sauce in circle on top of the pizza which is not normal. So it tasted more like a bbq pizza. Very disappointing. However the cheese cake was delicious.

Not impressed. The food and the sodas were nasty. Not sure how they stay in business to be honest. Do not waste your money.

Also, I don’t need a response from the manager to say “sorry, you don’t like the food” as I have already read all the vague responses.

Edit after manager’s response. Apparently you cannot read since your response was exactly what I said you would say. 😆 Unfortunately the food, customer service, and atmosphere suck there and the manager cannot comprehend or read.

I wanted to take the time to write this interview having visited this restaurant on over 5 different occasions. The attention to detail the owners and staff have put into this place are exceptional. They have refrigerated glass mugs behind the bar, a baby changing station in the women’s bathroom, and a military discount to name a few. The dining area is always very clean and inviting. The lunch specials are an amazing deal for what you get. Everyone is always polite and making sure you are taken care of. The food is fresh every single time. This pizza is the best pizza I have personally tasted in Las Vegas. If you read through reviews like I do before I try somewhere new, then you will absolutely love this place. While I am always surprised at how this place isn’t busier, I don’t mind that it is a hidden gem amongst other restaurants similar to it. Enjoy! I always do.

Service and quality have gone way downhill. We prefer support local businesses over big food or corporate America and used to order all the time however not so much as of recently. Bad customer service and sub par service recovery. We had an issue with a delivery order and were asked to drive to the store to resolve which we did, when my wife confronted the manager she was very rude and she contacted the owner (which we had to find on linked in because the manager was not being cooperative when we asked for the owners info) both refused to take ownership of the issue we encountered. We were actually charged for food we didn’t receive or eat. No refund, apology or resolution was provided. If you’re reading this remember to use caution when doing business with with this establishment
