Event planning can be very stressful when assuming accommodation for a 20 + crowd. Not everyone understands the importance of RSVP (i.e., Respond, if you please), in this case, I did experience some commitment issues lol, but Lori Carchedi took on my stress from the first moment we spoke. Lori stated, “Eboni, just let me know if your count changes one week before and we can make needed adjustments . Now if it changes the day of, we will make the adjustment with no problem. Due to me not living in Las Vegas and not being as hands on as I’d liked, I had to relinquish control, and Lori is that person you can do this with. She was responsive to every call, and email, I did not have to worry about anything . Lori outlined everything from the menu to the setup. Additionally, Lori suggested a lovely custom cake option made by Strip House partner, Las Vegas Custom Cakes, the cake was AMAZING! Lori assured the cake would be delicious and cared for by the Strip House team.On the day of event, Lori and Strip House team met me at the door and greeted me with warmth and smiles. I felt like a celebrity when greeted by the Strip House Team LOL. My Family expressed the same sentiments. We had 30 guests in my party and individually they felt the staff was personally serving them. My cousin who is a mom of three uttered how Lance serviced our youngest guest by ensuring her food was chopped in edible pieces. Our youngest guest who is eleven months enjoyed dinner due to Lance proactiveness. Lance action also allowed her parents to enjoy their food in peace. Thanks Lance!! Brian was so amazing; his warm and vibrant personality was just what we needed. Our family loves to laugh, and Brian brought just that! He was so attentive and made sure everyone had what they needed, he also made us feel like he was our personal best friend, individually. We nicknamed Brian our best friend, Thanks Brian!!Lori, I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful and pleasurable experience for my Dad’s 80th birthday celebration. Thank you for responding, and alleviating all my stress, and lending us your BEST waitstaff to care for us. The food was amazing, and the cocktails were hands down some of the best we had yet.Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!Eboni , Bennie “Speedy” , and Family

My steak here was absolutely great. Seasoned so well. Would highly recommend. It's Vegas priced, but worth the experience.

My wife brought me to this restaurant two days ago on my birthday. She was really excited, thought it was a great place. We arrived at the restaurant on time were seated immediately and thought everything was great. We proceeded to order appetizers, one each. We literally had two bites of our appetizer before our dinner came. There was no spacing between the meals. The sides that the restaurant offers, you can tell when you eat them that they have been prepared ahead of time and sitting in bowls (for quick serving)and then they just keep them under a salamander. We ordered brussels sprouts and they were so mushy. And the strip house potatoes were like awful. It was very disappointing . We were not able to enjoy our appetizers prior to our dinner and we felt like the waiter should have made sure that the orders were spaced accordingly. The restaurant was not crowded and it certainly didn’t live up to a $300 dinner. We didn’t mind spending $300 but not for that food or that level of service. Sadly, it was very disappointing. .

We loved dini g at the Strip Gouse Steak House. Hands down, this was the best meal I've ever had anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip. Perfectly cooked Wagu filet and cold water lobster tail along with Lobster Bisque for an appetizer. A bit pricey, but sometimes you have to splurge. We will definitely return.

Not the best steak I've ever eaten, but it was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Cocktails are good & the service was 10/10. Expect to spend 200+ if you get two entrees, two drinks, one side and two desserts.

I ordered lobster soup, grilled asparagus and steak for two people. It tasted good, but it was a bit salty for Asians, which is expected. A nice steakhouse ?

Ricky are server was so rude we got up and left after we ordered drinks. Wouldn’t never want to dine somewhere nice and be treated rudely. Definitely do not recommend.

The issue started with an overcooked steak, and ended with the manager making me feel like I was a child. NOT AN $800 EXPERIENCE!We were a party of six celebrating a birthday and based on the the reviews Strip House sounded like the perfect spot.I ordered the 14oz Dry-Aged Strip, mid-rare. It came out and was not hot, was beyond medium, barely any juice came out when I cut it, and it was like chewing leather. I let the server know and he immediately said "I will let my manager know", which I thought would be a good thing. The manager (male) came over and I explained the issue. He basically told me I was wrong, but took it away and recooked it. He brought it back out and stood over me and told me he was going to wait for me to cut into it. It felt uncomfortable and really reenforced the fact that he thought I was wrong about my steak. This time it was cooked mid-rare and was perfectly hot. The server came back by and snipped "Is that better now?" My entire table was confused by the way I was treated.I was the first of six to order and it really seemed like my steak was fired first and then sat while the others were finished and went beyond the temp I ordered. It happens, I get it, but don't blame the customer for your mistake. The setting is beautiful, the dirty martini was perfectly made, and the other steaks were cooked perfectly.I regret leaving the 18% gratuity, but having been in the service industry I just can't not tip.

We got the 60oz tomahawk. It wasn't the best steak I've ever had, but it was tasty and it definitely fed the rest of our table when their little filets weren't enough to fill up. The old fashioned was just okay. The oysters were among the best I've ever had. There was big talk about the duck fat potatoes and the other food, but they were just okay.

This was our second time visiting the Strip House. My husband and I got married in Vegas on Hallowe'en 2019, and held our wedding reception here with 18 guests. The reception dinner was fantastic, the food top notch, and Decor- sexy! When we decided to take another trip to vegas, with friends, we knew right away we would be having dinner here again. The food and the ambiance was exactly how we remember it. We could not have been more impressed! Thank you again for an amazing dinner! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

The best food I had in Vegas! The ambience was amazing and the service was spectacular. I wish I could’ve ate everything but what I had was delicious/fulfilling. The steaks were mouth watering and the big boy Tomahawk was more than enough to feed a table of 5. The location in Planet Hollywood was confusing but just go upstairs and you’ll see it. Overall a great dining experience.
