Mexi burger and 3 way fries were fantastic, cooked rare to perfection. Disappointed as we arrived in happy hour where draft beer was discounted but draft was off so no chance to save some money. Sam Adams was tasty as usual but I always feel I am being fleeced with bottled beers.
We all ordered burgers in great expectations of a fabulous meal. All four burgers were prepared incorrectly. We asked for the condiments on the side so we could make the corrections ourselves. They NEVER came. Nobody ever came to check on our table even once. Nobody asked if our food was correct nobody asked if we needed soft drink refills. Nobody asked of our burgers were cooked correctly (they weren't). Nobody brought us silverware or napkins so I went to the bartender and got them myself. Basically said, this place is a great place where nobody cares if the customers got what they ordered. They weren't to busy to check their phones for messages, but they were to "something" to take care of their customers. Four burgers and fries, four soft drinks, and the tip came out to $100. Worst money we have spent on this trip so far.
I have no idea why anyone eats at this place? I skipped breakfast and lunch due to an all day conference I was attending at the Wynn hotel and was therefore starving by dinner time. McDonald's would have pleased me due to my level of hunger. I was thrilled to eat at what was reported to be a good burger joint. The patty was over cooked on one side and raw on the other (I'm not sure how that's even possible). The fries were burnt and not from over cooking them, but from the fry oil. That oil must not have been changed in a year. It was so bad!! I left the burger and fries on the table and quickly left to hurry and get to my hotel so that I could take some charcoal pills that I pack with me in case of food poisoning. This place is one of the worst burger joints that I've ever been too.
Google maps said I would like this place. This was not wrong. Our waiter was amazing, I really enjoyed his personality. The food was great. I ordered sweet potato fries with my burger. I never turn down sweet potato fries. I tried to get my husband to try the garlic fries, but he went with standard fries. They were also good.
The burger was fantastic, had a bacon cheese burger. Beautifully charred beef and good cheddar with crispy bacon. Flavorful and juicy. The floors and surfaces other than the table looked dirty and sticky and overall the place needs a proper deep clean.
We got there wen it was not busy great for us really good service and food was amazing and their ranch was so good with the fries and my kids love their shakes not sugary like other places.
They got some of the coolest performers on the strip. There’s a guy that dresses up like a Zombie. Think he calls himself “Duke of Rottingham.” Greatest ever. Scares the heck out of people. Great if you have date with you.? The guy deserves a good donation for taking the time to do that kind of makeup job.?
Was staying at the Wynn and decided to try this place with a few colleagues. Good burgers and fries.
Had heard great things but it didn't live up to expectations. Burgers were overcooked, french fries were soggy and the fried pickles were a salty overcooked mess. Chocolate shake was decent. Don't bother with the vanilla shake, it was flavorless. Music blasting at an ear splitting level on the outside patio made talking almost impossible. Service was friendly but couldn't make up for the below average food.
I came here last Sunday and it was sooo good! I fell in love. Great service too, the food was fresh and amazing. I got fried pickles, mini slider sampler and garlic fries! I’m so upset this is their only location! I live in the ny/na area, we need one over here! I need their blue cheese burger recipe ???

Solid food, decent service. Love the different alcohol they offer and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. Only complaint is the lack of any standard coffee. Outside of that, good experience.
Can’t say strongly how bad this place was. Had to chase the Barman to get a waitress after 10 minutes waiting, and it wasn’t busy!! Burger came out, okay ish, chips were stone cold - so sent back and told them not to redo as I didn’t want a REHEAT !! Ordered further drinks and had to chase for this Then the bill came out, I didn’t ask for it and I may have stayed for more !! And she overcharged me considerably which I sent back The final bill was wrong but I had had enough Another reason for not coming back to LV !!!!!!!
Great service, great food, great location.Looked after so well by Justin. Couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and cared for.The burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted so good…. but the star of the show was the string onions, OMG they were so good!!Well worth checking out if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat.
Our server Justin was excellent and the food was particularly delicious, especially the onion rings which are an absolute must.Won't be risking eating in any of the Venetian Hotel restaurants again... they're are so many great places like Stripburger who value their customers and serve yummy food!
This is outdoor only, and it was a little chilly once the sun set. They did provide heaters for us which was super nice of the wait staff I thought! They set it up directly next to us and we were toasty with that. I had the burger sampler and it was SO GOOD. Definitely get this if you go! Otherwise my mom had a regular burger and I think my brother did a chicken sandwich. We were all very satisfied with the meal and service! Our waitress was a doll too! Loved it!
