STRIPSTEAK

Overall, it was an enjoyable, quality meal. We really enjoyed the fry trio with dipping sauces. My husband's filet was outstanding with wonderful flavor. The black truffle Mac and cheese was excellent, too. Our salads were good. Unfortunately, my strip steak was a bit tough and chewy. I ordered it a little more than medium. So, it still had a pink center. However, it was tough and chewy and lacked the flavor of a typical strip steak. If you are charging $91 dollars for a steak it should excellent. The prices here, as they are at all Vegas steakhouses, are very high (and I live in Southern California). Overall, I'm not sure I would go back and order a strip steak again.

Frequent visitors due to work travel. Food is almost always excellent. This trip, the sea bass was served cool. Unfortunate. It threw the entire meal and timing off. The staff did take the fish dishes back and reheat them.

Strip Steak is a go-to location when we are in LV. Our favorite is the Wagyu Ribeye Cap. All of the sides are good. Service is always top-notch.

I came for my mom Birthday. Our reservation was at 7:45. We got there 45 minutes early. They were able to seat us within reasonable time. Our server was Jason he was so kind the entire time he served us. I wish I could've given him a bigger tip. He asked if we had any time constraints. We were seeing Michael Jackson at 8:30 so it was perfect he asked. He gave us food recommendations. We had complimentary fries that was good. We loved the crab cake and the mac & cheese. We also had the lobster tacos. They were 8/10. I let him know we were celebrating my he brought over a cute complimentary dessert. We also met the Manager. I forgot his name but he was so kind he mad connections with us brought my mom a birthday card. If I am in vegas again I will definitely come back. Everyone to hostess, guy filling up the water, server and Manager were amazing. Definitely recommend 10/10 on everything.

It was a very elegant experience both from service and food. We had the beef tenderloin and it was magnificent!

We had a great meal at StripSteak! We don’t spoil ourselves like this often, but we would do it again! We have no notes! My water glass stayed filled, our drinks were amazing! We shared a salad that was split and tossed for us! We each ordered our preferred steaks, his with Bone Marrow and nothing could have been done better! Delicious!

The area was gorgeous! They served us a free appetizer of a trio of fries, which is a nice surprise. The steak was amazing and the drinks were too. 

The food here was amazing! Me and my gf had the filet mignon and the salmon! Soo good! They also give you complimentary duck fries that were also really good and paired well with the sauces that came with it. The place was super nice and the atmosphere was quite relaxing. I think even the owner or a top manager came around, talked and visited with us for a bit. Great experience, happy customer

The food is excellent, the ambiance is good not great. The service was spotty but they did get us seated early with no issue. I think we just got a server that was having a bad night.

Waited almost 1 1/2 hours for 2 steaks at a Steakhouse. Not sure what the problem was but other patrons were getting their food. When the steaks finally came they were good.

We celebrated a bday here. The service from beginning to end was superb!!! The food I can't say enough about. We had oysters, truffle fries, special for the evening 1 lb lobster, and rib cap, side were mashed potatoes, mushrooms, and green beans!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Over priced. Poor value for the cost. Bar was slow. Sea Bass was not up to standard. $ 150 for 8oz Rib Cap was ridiculas

Very expensive, and not all that great. We had a meeting with clients. Ordered the bone marrow, pork belly, and nori tacos for appetizers. The bone marrow was awful, the worst I’ve had. Sea bass and scallops for dinner were mediocre. The dessert was completely straight out of the freezer. Service is excellent, but this place is not worth the price.

Food was great- nice meal for 4 of us - business discussions. But when we chose not to add coffee or desserts someone came over and ask us to hurry out because they needed our table. We were there for less than 90 min. There was never a notice on our reservation that there was a time limit. And after spending over $650 for 4 people, the rush left us with a bad taste in our mouth. As soon as we stood the same manager practically pulled the chair from behind me and rushed it to another table. Wow- not cool. Buy more chairs- but none for us as we won't be dining there again.
