EXCELLENT food! EXCELLENT service. Maybe the nicest people in all of Las Vegas. The New York Strip steak was perfect and the chimichurri sauce was great! The fries for a free app were so good!

Service was a bit slow due to valentines day but the food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. I really enjoyed the free fries but didn't want to stuff myself. The wagyu steak was amazing. Definitely a top 5 spot in Vegas.

My husband and I celebrated our 55th anniversary here yesterday. It was a perfect experience. Everyone from the manager to the hostess was welcoming and attentive. Our server, Michelle, was outstanding. The food so delicious. We are still reminiscing about it today.

You definitely get treated differently if you have lots of money or not, and age. We got checked on once! During our 2 hours there.

We ordered appetizers fo the table and they forgot. They ended up “on the house” but it was disappointing as I was hosting great customers, the $$ did not matter....

Seeing this place rated at 4.3 just seems wrong. It’s expensive but we’re in Vegas. Service level is excellent and the e steaks were phenomenal.

Overall, it was an enjoyable, quality meal. We really enjoyed the fry trio with dipping sauces. My husband's filet was outstanding with wonderful flavor. The black truffle Mac and cheese was excellent, too. Our salads were good. Unfortunately, my strip steak was a bit tough and chewy. I ordered it a little more than medium. So, it still had a pink center. However, it was tough and chewy and lacked the flavor of a typical strip steak. If you are charging $91 dollars for a steak it should excellent. The prices here, as they are at all Vegas steakhouses, are very high (and I live in Southern California). Overall, I'm not sure I would go back and order a strip steak again.

Frequent visitors due to work travel. Food is almost always excellent. This trip, the sea bass was served cool. Unfortunate. It threw the entire meal and timing off. The staff did take the fish dishes back and reheat them.

We had an amazing birthday dinner at StripSteak celebrating my husband’s and my birthday. The food was wonderful, and the service made the night truly special. GM Justin was incredible and took such great care of us, along with our server Glen. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so celebrated—we had so much fun and felt incredibly special.

Our new years eve dinner here was delicious. Dominic our server was so attentive and welcoming. He helped explain which steaks would be best, we took the caviar as an additional option for our starters. The prix fixe menu was in place for NYE.

We would recommend the wagyu ribcap, filet mignon, wedge salad (chopped), pork belly starter and the Brussels sprouts as a side.

Everything came within a timely manner. The place was absolutely packed out and very lively
lively!

We took our dessert to go and it was delicious. A dark chocolate and raspberry cake.

Strip Steak is a go-to location when we are in LV. Our favorite is the Wagyu Ribeye Cap. All of the sides are good. Service is always top-notch.
