I rarely leave negative reviews so I'll focus primarily on the positive, but when we arrived there was no line, we stood for a moment and then we're asked if we had a reservation, we said no. We weren't spoken to again until a different staff member approached us with menus. They said follow me. Took us to a booth and left. No one really spoke with us until Liana took our drink order.
