I love subway but unfortunately this is by far the WORST one i’ve been too. There was a fly on my sandwich and the worker said “it’s not a big deal”. I asked her if she could re make it and she started to get an attitude. On the other hand she was putting her sweater all over my sandwich when making it. After giving this location so many tries, it still fails to give great customer service and great food quality. Don’t waste your time or money on making a stop!!!

I went in yesterday (05/22/25) to buy some doughnuts and pick up an order at around 6 pm. The woman who tended to us (unfortunately I did not get a name) had about the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever experienced. She was super rude! She said she could not answer any questions regarding the doughnuts since she was “only doing the company a favor by selling them in the evening, and that the person responsible for them was gone”. She then proceeded to raise her voice at me and answer mocking us. I did let her know she must hate her job and that I suggest looking for a new job… I am a customer service manager and would fire someone like her on the spot…

Francis did great on building my sandwich, greeted me walking in saying good morning. Feeling welcomed and acknowledged as she built the sandwich and instructions I specified. I ordered on the mobile app, used the 699FL code for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich it’s my favorite sandwich.

Why are they charging tip without asking? Since when this apply? Some lady name on her cap said Francis helped me she was more worry about promoting her side business of nails then give me the service stated she was going home soon due to using black pepper and gave her allergies and she requested to go home but she also have 3 nail appointments that she cannot cancel on her clients. Also I did a take out and she put Eat in I wonder if thats why they charge the tip on it someone need to explain, I don't mind give tips as long as I decided to do so not when you charge it just because.

Do not eat from here! I’m currently sick asf after being food poisoned at this location of subway. Me and my wife are both sick. We had the steak, but it could have been the veggies! Lots of homeless people were inside and outside the restaurant

Service depends on if you're getting donuts or sandwiches lack of communication is the biggest hold up the sandmakes is obviously not English speaking and very slow at her job although she makes a decent sandwich its Port of Subs from here on out

Today, August 14, Wednesday, I went to buy a Subway but the person who was there gave us bad service. He never served us. He said he was making other sandwiches. He was talking about himself. There were two women in the back. We were waiting to be served. No. They served us. I think the service is very bad. They should change the staff, both the two women who are there and the man so that the business can continue. Personally, I will not return there again.

Service here is always terrible. The two women working dayshift on 7/31/24 should be removed. Zero customer service. They would just stare at you and hope you figure out what they are asking. Veggies looked fresh though. Sandwich was fine.

Not only did they not check who was picking up my order (twice in a row) but they will not answer the phone. My account information was leaked and there is no customer service number so I have been calling the store to try to figure out something. I have called 7 times with no answer. I started calling at 8:20 p.m. it is now 9 they are not busy for this long this late. DO NOT USE THE SUBWAY APP!!!

visited last night at 7:30pm. I bought Subway which is in the same building and the counters are connected. After ordering my sandwiches I told the man that I indeed wanted some donuts. There were donuts out in the display case.He told me that Winchell's was closed and I couldn't have any. All after when I entered the building he asked if I wanted Subway or Winchell's. I said I wanted both.I was so disappointed and confused because why are there donuts out and they being closed and him asking me if I wanted some donuts too. I laughed because I thought he was joking but he said he was serious.It was my birthday treat and I didn't get my donuts.AND he complained to me that when I ordered online I didn't leave him a tip!Bad business all around.The sandwich was as also bare. They were basically bread sandwiches that he pushed down on so hard when he wrapped them. I ordered two sandwiches. Both were bad.Ugh.The pictures show my Foot Long Oven Roasted Turkey with extra onions and olives. I received only one end cut slice of tomato as well. smh

?I paid for the meal & did not get my cookies!! I asked for meal & cookies so I didn't check or see until I got home?. Very clean, fresh veggies & sweet gal ?. Had to send someone to get my cookies; waiting to see that they give me what I paid for.
