Paid extra to get my food delivered. Paid for a drink and chips just so my order can be incomplete No soda no chips. Horrible experience and worse part is they never answered their phone. Waste of time and money. Didn't enjoy my sub at all!!

Really rude ladies (2) they have an attitude towards everyone, I bought cookies ,one of them was slamming the doors of the oven as she was taking the bread out. This subway was terrible I made a mobile order and had someone get it for me and on the receipt it says it’s a meal and on one of the sandwiches they missed some items on there too (the person I sent went through the drive through)

No where does it say on the store or online that the drive thru is only taking ONLINE orders. The employee at the drive thru was completely rude . He stated he could not take our order . What’s the point of it being 24house drive thru if it’s only Online ?!!!?

This subway won’t accept franchise coupons sent in the mail to where I live within a few blocks of this restaurant. I ordered anyway. I asked for lettuce on a six inch meatball sub after getting spinach. I was handed the sandwich and told that it already got lettuce. There was no lettuce on the sub after I paid. The toppings were all sparse. I had two meatballs in a six inch sub. This purchase was made at about 4am on July 16, 2024 at the drive thru. What great customer service. El cheapo nibble for 8 bucks. Go elsewhere with your money.

Honestly every single time I have come into this particular subway I exit wishing I didn’t pay for the sandwich I had paid for….. you can tell them no and they put it on anyways and you can tell them stop take it off I don’t want it and they are nodding saying yes and you’re still telling them then why do I see it on my sandwich…. I have to argue every time and I don’t mean a rude arguing I just mean repeating my words till it’s done…. You can ask for extra of something and they pull out one or two and then you say please more extra and again one gets pulled??♀️ I’ve never had one expierence with any of the workers at this store were they understood or even cared and the status of the food was disgusting! Everything was iced over tomato’s are green and or drippy looked and they are putting it on my sandwich and it’s like ugh that doesn’t seem appetizing but they just stare at you while trying to form any sentence because you’re just ready to leave…. My fault for buying the sandwiches and my fault for constantly trying to give this location a shot but it’s the closest to me but I’m done and had it and I’ll make the drive to every subway around because I truly only have problems with this one location.
