Went in to pick up an order and had a very disappointing experience. I approached the pickup counter and attempted to get the attention of the employee standing there. He made direct eye contact with me, gave me an annoyed look and then proceeded to ignore me for an extended moment before simply walking away without saying anything to help a different customer (There was only 2 of us and I was ahead). That kind of behavior toward a customer is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Another employee eventually stepped in and assisted, but the situation should never have occurred in the first place. Additionally, the order had been sealed carelessly; the sticker was placed so poorly that it was barely holding the bag closed. As soon as I picked it up, the bag opened and the contents fell onto the floor.
Basic courtesy and attention to customers should be expected in any service environment. Being ignored at the counter and receiving an improperly packaged order reflects poorly on the overall level of service.

Placed a online order for a few of us, however i forgot to unmark some items that are automatically checked off, drove back to site asked them to remake it said they couldn't. Im not prefect but damn other stores would've remade it. And let not talk about the homeless camped out front

I went in and ordered my food and when I get home.2 minutes away my pretzel and Churro were rock hard .And when I called the Rude Spanish lady argued that you have to eat them right away.??.??. And the older lady that waited on me never told me that.And i was told to bring all the food back tommarow before 3 pm.and can get new ones.Which I dont want.

Can’t really go wrong with Subway unless you choose to order online which I don’t recommend especially if you really want it that way or are a picky eater.
Rude and they almost refused to give me my order Even though I had proof that I ordered it. Not sure why you have to grill your customers especially when I tipped.

It's very close to home and one of my favorite places to get a variety of foods that I like..!It's very good for the most part, but sometimes feel rushed.. even though they do try to give good, fast service..I prefer to take my time over the many good selections of fresh sandwiches!I recommend this very much, and they do offer coupons and sales.

I was overcharged and given a small sandwich n applesauce as a kids meal.when o asked about the juice I was told by the spanish lady waiting in me it was an extra charge. I was already overcharged on my sandwich by her but she was unwilling to admit a mistake and was very smug while doing so. The manager came out and fixed it and apologized, but missed the whole promblem being it was the employees mistake and she was very nasty about it. Definitely needs more training in being polite and just customer service in general and shouldn't be working the cash register if she doesn't know how. Check your receipts here people.....also homeless man laying by front door is not the best look....
