Always love the food eat here regularly

A few months ago my husband and I bought some gift cards from Sam’s Club. When we tried to check the balance on them they were saying that the card was unable to to find. I called every resource I could find and no one seem to know what they were doing. But the other morning I went into the one on skye canyon and the young lady her name was Lisa as well was a life saver I told her my situation and she dropped everything she was doing to help me figure it out when no one else even came close to doing. I mean it was 40 dollars in gift cards. For me and my husband that’s a lot. I will for sure be coming to this subway just because of this young lady. Thank you Lisa for taking time out of your morning.

Love this location! Always made great! I order thru the app for pick up. I don't see a name on receipt to name who makes the sandwich everytime, but they are always great. Thank you all for making the sandwiches amazing. :)

Always a disappointment when we go here. The orders are never right. Last time my gf went in she ordered a turkey sub and added ham and bacon knowing I like it, not seeing the All American option. Instead of making her aware of the All American, they charged her for a turkey sub, plus $3 for bacon and then $3 for ham. What a rip off.

Usually not a big subway person, but the young woman named “Jaila” totally changed my mind! Sandwich was phenomenal and her customer service was amazing. Made small talk with me that made the whole process go ten times faster than usual! WILL come back ❤️😍

I fully believe the girl who checked us out did it WRONG $28 for 2! Sandwiches when we usually get 2 sandwiches and FULL meals for $23. And how do you get shredded chicken from grilled chicken strips and why is my sandwich wrapped like a burrito?

The difference in mobile pick up orders and going in and ordering it in person is uncanny. The service and quality are fine when ordering it in person, but when I place mobile orders it’s hard to believe the order is read or they’re extremely careless about it. I asked for a 6 inch American club, it had 4 pieces of meat total, asked for provolone instead of white American & it had 1 half slice of white American on it barely any veggies & I requested extra pickles and I received 3 pickles. May management please see this and fix the issue. This became my main location bc the others on Hualapai and Durango had these same issues.

Really nice Subway but the hot sandwiches are never hot. Subway putting them in the toaster for 30 seconds isn't going to do it. Jersey Mike's cooks theirs on a flattop and their cheese steaks come out hot mofos! 🔥 Even with a coupon Subway wasn't good and that's the only reason I went there. Never again mofos!

Ordered a 6" sub; charged for footlong. Said without return of sandwich there was nothing she could do. I am a repeat customer but will not return. HER RESPONSE WAS "THAT'S OK, WE HAVE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS!"
Corporate needs to pay attention to this employee's attitude.

I have had great experiences here. Everyone has been nice. Until one man was so rude and disrespectful I was in shock. The worst part about it is that he laughed at me when I asked if there was a manager, said “no.” I called the management number listed on my receipt, left a message and did not get any calls back. Then I used the app to report a problem. This was several weeks ago. No one has cared to even call me back. Terrible customer service from the leaders clearly.
