Ordered a 6" sub; charged for footlong. Said without return of sandwich there was nothing she could do. I am a repeat customer but will not return. HER RESPONSE WAS "THAT'S OK, WE HAVE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS!"
Corporate needs to pay attention to this employee's attitude.

I have had great experiences here. Everyone has been nice. Until one man was so rude and disrespectful I was in shock. The worst part about it is that he laughed at me when I asked if there was a manager, said “no.” I called the management number listed on my receipt, left a message and did not get any calls back. Then I used the app to report a problem. This was several weeks ago. No one has cared to even call me back. Terrible customer service from the leaders clearly.

whoever worked the closing shift on 2/22/23 is one of the KINDEST souls I’ve ever met. To be honest, I’m not even a fan of Subway. I just went to get one of the desserts because I was having a really bad day and needed a pick me up. Even though it was only one person closing and near closing time, he still took my order with patience and kindness which is very hard to come across. To whoever you are, thank you. You genuinely made my night exponentially better.

If placing an order online, they never get it right. I've placed online orders multiple times and it's almost always wrong. This last time I finally went back and had them do it right. One of the sandwiches had avocado that was black and slimy in the middle, cucumbers were frozen

My family and I have eaten here a few times since its inception in the Skye Canyon community, but I think my daughter has eaten here a couple more times than I have - she enjoys the meatball flatbread. With all the different sandwich shops Las Vegas has to offer, it is rather difficult to just visit Subway every time. I feel that Subway is a decent franchise and their food quality has always been on par; however, I'd be lying if I said Subway was the best sandwich shop I've ever had. Considering this restaurant is basically on every corner in Las Vegas, and located in basically every city in this country...even when a city/town has a population of 20 people, I don't feel bad if I don't support every Subway on this planet...they seem to be doing just fine.I won't sit here and list all the sandwiches I've tried at this franchise, but I will say that the steak and chicken sandwiches are probably my favorite two sandwich meats to have in my subs. The prices are still reasonable even with all this inflation that we have to endure. The employees here are phenomenal and have always been great. I don't think I can ever recall visiting and wishing I could just go over the counter and make my own sandwich, or feeling like I just wanted to leave the restaurant. The cleanliness of this restaurant was adequate; nothing dramatic, nor were there any evidence of laziness from the staff preventing the restaurant to look nice.I suspect that my family and I will visit again sometime down the road; however, it may not be anytime soon because we like to try new places every time. I think majority of people in America has tried Subway at one point in their lives, but if for some reason you haven't, you definitely need to head to the nearest one. I think majority of Subways are 24 hours now, so no excuses. Thank you, Subway for always supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and its Veterans.

Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Sandwiches were what you'd expect them to be. My only gripe, they didn't have spicy mustard.
