We waited 10 minutes to get some service even tho there were 3 workers there. Then the helper started putting away the bread instead of making our sandwiches.Horrible service so we just left. I’m glad we didn’t get the food cuz we might get sick because these people don’t care about their customers.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had as far as service and communication. There literally was not one person working there that could speak or understand English. Not even a little bit. Cannot answer any question and didn't understand the lady in front of me who was just asking for a fork. We had to point and make hand gestures to get him to give her a fork. I asked if I can charge to my room as I was empty handed besides my keycard and id. I had a blank face stare back at me. After I made some hand motions and repeated myself, he said "yes." As I picked out my sandwich fillings (by pointing) i waited for him to print the receipt to charge my room. He could not do it and looked blankly at me. Other employees could not communicate either and blankly said no and said, "no English well" Went upstairs to concierge to find out I can charge it. I just think no one is trained down there and honestly, 4 employees could not speak or understand a word. It was odd and frustrating. Very sad.

I got food poisoning from this location and was sick and vomiting for 2-3 days. I ended up having to go to Reviv to get an IV before my flight home because I was so sick. The nurse there told me that many people have reported food poisoning from this location. Don’t eat here!!

The service was horrible. Placed an online order and was told to sit down and not watch them make it. The food lady from dr wouldn't allow me to watch my own sandwich. Then she voided the paid for meal lol

I eat out every meal. No other fast food place comes close to how ridiculously awful this place is. There's nothing like it. You can go in during the 5:00 pm rush hour and wait for more than ten minutes because the employees are in the back room not paying attention. They're always out of ingredients, for years almost always avocados. This morning the ovens don't work. The pop machine is almost never stalked. The list hours on and on

So, communication was an issue, I'm not sure if/,how well English was spoken and I wanted a meal, but the sale was rung up before I could ask. Then they cut my wrap lengthwise. How am I supposed to eat when it won't stay closed?

Subway is located just off the Las Vegas Strip, nestled in the food court next to the iconic Coca-Cola and M&M stores. As far as Subway experiences go, it was pretty much what I expected, with a few ups and downs.Let's start with the positives. The sandwiches were perfect. Subway always does a good job of customizing sandwiches to your preferences, and this location was no different. The selection of bread, fresh veggies, and condiments allowed me to create a sandwich tailored to my liking. I appreciated that they didn't skimp on the fillings, and the ingredients seemed reasonably fresh. So, in terms of taste and customization, Subway met my expectations. However, as with most things near the Strip, there was one downside: the prices. It's no secret that dining on the Strip can be quite expensive, and this Subway was no exception. I felt like I paid a premium for my sandwich, even considering the inflated Vegas prices. That's a downside of dining in such a tourist-heavy area, though it's not unique to this particular location. In terms of service, it can indeed be 'hit or miss.' The staff were relatively efficient during my visit, but it's worth noting that the rush-hour crowds can slow down the process. However, the employees were friendly and patient with the continuous stream of customers.
The two ladies worning on the morning of the 24th of September 2023 were incredibly rude, unfriendly and providing zero service. They are obnoxious and should find a non-customer facing job. The toaster was broken so we ended up with dry, disgusting sandwiches.

Good was decent. Service was ok. The foodcourt here is quite grubby so I’d recommend a to go order.

Broken oven, super rude staff, going to Subway is supposed to be a good experience and it was not. Avoid this place.
