I ordered a sandwich with extra sauce, but it came out completely dry. When I called the store, I explained the issue politely, but the woman on the phone was unhelpful and dismissive. She told me they “can’t drench a sandwich” and that they made it right, even I ordered for extra and clearly didn’t get it. Instead of offering any kind of solution, she just said they couldn’t help and hung up on me. Really disappointed with the customer service.

Blatant false advertising and zero accountability. I was charged $12 for a 6-inch wrap that was advertised as a footlong—because, according to them, it had a “12-inch portion of meat.”

Total bait-and-switch.

When I asked about the discrepancy, the manager flatly repeated the same script and offered no solution, just told me to take it up with corporate. No sign, no warning, nothing clearly posted to suggest I was getting anything other than what the promo implied.

If the manager can’t explain or fix misleading pricing, what’s the point? Terrible customer service, terrible value, and a total waste of time.

I would like to take this time to extend my gratitude to everyone at Subway on W Craig Rd. Paul along with the lady with long dark hair always take great care of me. I will always come to this Subway and highly recommend this location. They are a Godsend and protected and will receive many blessings 1000 fold for all of their superb service. They are the truth and can’t be found anywhere else but the Subway. You will always have great food because of the love they put in it. I look forward to seeing them and they smile with warm greetings. Even when they are busy, they always greet everyone who comes through the door. Many blessings my dear friends. They are a great example of great customer service and everyone should model after their skills.

False advertisement is against the LAW and subway is doing it they have many specials and discounts but when you come to any subway they denied the discounts and they say in order to get the discount or bogo have to order online when the online store says we have to place the order online

This is my first time using the app. When I arrived at the store, I asked if the app approved sauce in my order, and the young lady replied, "Did you say something?" That was so rude. I will drive three more blocks to a competitor for better service.

I'm leaving this review at 8:45 p.m. Pacific time. I went to this location at 8:40 p.m. Pacific time and the doors and chairs are already put up and locked for the night. Online it states you don't close until 9 p.m. so why are you guys getting everything out a half hour early? The employee got upset because I took a picture to time-stamp the location being closed and he yelled out to me and started recording from his phone. Completely unacceptable. I am not allowed to close my business early without consequence but apparently the stand does not apply for Subway. I advise anyone and everyone to please skip this location as they did not care about their customers. Hopefully there are other Subway out there that operate according to its business hours
