Placed an online order through the app never received the order the driver was nice enough to actually return it to the store they still marked my order as complete and kept my money they store phone doesn’t work so once I was able to go in person the manager was rude told me I wasn’t getting a refund because I didn’t come in right after the incident happen

Horrible customer service women came in to order a sandwich she got confused on what day the special was for. The person helping her was rude to her and spoke in an are you dumb tone. When the lady left with the saddest look on her face this women behind the counter started saying that that’s her fault for not knowing English or Spanish. What is wrong with peoples empathy for other peoples feelings. There are ways to respond that are more professional.

I order ahead on the app expecting to be in and out quick. But the worker makes me wait until he’s done with the other guests, even though I let him know my sandwich is ready and sitting on the counter behind him. It’s every time so I’ve stopped considering this subway as an option.

Go here a few times a month...its usually pretty good, but the past couple times it has gotten a little skimpy on the meat and other stuff. But it was 2 foot longs for $14 so that was cool....probably eat here more often if that deal was typical

Spanish should have been the Americans 1st language. It's very frustrating when you aren't able to communicate about a cold-cut_ combo....I don't know how to say , Please cut in half in Spanish. I had to use Google translate 😞

I placed my order online was supposed to be ready at 5:10. I got there at 5:21 and didn’t get my food till 540. Then when I get home, I have paid for extra bacon to be put in my food. There was no bacon my sandwich was all thrown together it also had way too much salt and pepper and the lady told me she didn’t speak English. It’s kind of funny because like they’re not in an area where it’s all Hispanic families so they should have people that understand English and Spanish when I tried to call back to the store to let them know that I didn’t get my bacon and how my food was. They never answered well they’re 24 hours. I’ve been calling since Saturday night. I am now on Monday and I still get no answer. really good customer service subway Only gave you one star because I had to give some kind of a star, but I’d give you nothing whatever go back to that subway again hell no. Not to include I ordered a foot-long and I only had meat for like a 6 inch that they placed in the middle of the whole sandwich so the ends didn’t have nothing

I do not recommend visiting this place. I came with my 9-year-old daughter and needed to use the bathroom and they don't have this service. It is a restaurant without a bathroom. I will never return here.

This is the second time in a row come here and they couldn’t tell if a sub because they were cleaning the oven.

They literally saw an online order coming in with toasted subs and turn the oven off and started cleaning it
