I purchased a ham & turkey 6ft sub from Subway on Maryland Parkway Saturday on my way home. when I opened it, it was HORRIBLE!! The bread was dripping with mayo& mustard which made it a soggy mess. I called Subway today & was told to bring the sandwich back for a remake. After walking in the hot sun, the manager on duty refused to remake the sandwich. She stated I should have returned it yesterday! I stay across town and didn't open the garbage until I got home! Very POOR customer service provided to me as a disabled Senior Citizen! Don't waste my time and money!!

Went in this morning to use a coupon for two foot longs, and was told when I got there that they can only make specific sandwiches for that coupon, which I understand, so I said forget about the coupon and please make me these sandwiches that I'd rather have at full price instead. They were pushy the entire time I was there, and I did not get the food I asked for despite trying to correct them MULTIPLE TIMES. I ended up leaving with something completely different than what I requested. Very frustrating experience, and a waste of my money.

I came in after work, I paid for a double meat sandwich and way over tipped. And now they won't answer the phone or contact me back. This is definitely not double meat. I was kind of weirded out when he asked me why I tipped him so well.....

Placed an online order through the app never received the order the driver was nice enough to actually return it to the store they still marked my order as complete and kept my money they store phone doesn’t work so once I was able to go in person the manager was rude told me I wasn’t getting a refund because I didn’t come in right after the incident happen
