Another place we ordered food from today. The food quality was decent. Any Subway has never disappointed me with their delicious sandwiches. I could perhaps recommend improving customer service a bit. The hostess needs to speak up a bit because you can't hear her when she's talking, but overall I had a good experience here. Good food. This Subway is the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, and they clearly haven’t been trained properly. They shout and ignore customers. I had the worst service here.
I visited on 12/24 at 9:38 PM (Reference No: 6foz001734197901114). Despite having a gift card, they refused to accept it. They just didn’t care and didn’t even try to resolve the issue. They seemed to be intentionally ignoring me, not even bothering to make an effort to fix things.
I wouldn’t recommend this Subway to anyone. It’s a complete disaster!

There was a long line and the food was not very fresh.
Terrible,do not recommend going to because I asked for cucumber on my sandwich but instead got avocado but I hate avocado then they did not put my chicken on my sandwich and the wait time was 10 to make my sandwich and they did not have jalapenio bread.

I waited in line for quite a long time (or at least that’s how it felt for me because I REALLY had to go to the bathroom lol), but, there was only one gentleman working the line and register himself. However, this gentleman was clearly working as hard as he could and, did an amazing job. On top of that, the sandwich I allowed him to have full creative control over was absolutely delicious. Thank you
Truthfully, I really hope he sees this because I want to let him know to never ever quit because things get hard. Keep pushing forward and always remember why you started doing what you’re doing right now in the first place. Resilience to quitting is the ultimate path to success. Don’t give up and keep working hard ?

Made us wait 20 min. Why? Systems were updating. He could have started making our order (4 sandwiches) but refused. Kept cleaning. Avoid if possible, as other reviews indicate, the service is disgusting.

The employees that work there are the worst employees ever. I've been in the fast food industry for many years. The manager there and the kid that works there is so unprofessional so mean so rude I can't believe no one from corporate has not done anything about them.

i went to go to shark reef aquarium at mandalay bay but hours wrong and it was closed. i was hungry the whole food court was closed like a ghost town. but luckily subway was open. its shocking vegas has so many places closed at night. i have had subway that was good and not good but this location was great. the vegetables were fresh and delicious and guy was nice. it was perfect for someone starving and wanting food quick. no seating open only bummer but i sad nearby on a bench so plenty of places to sit. if your there and hungry its great too its 24 hours i passed many restaurants all night that were closed.
