This happened on 6/13/24 at approximately 2:20pm. I dined here dozens of times, neverminded the price because its in the casino and paying $20 for a sub is just a vegas thing. But today the experience is just awful, hands down discriminating at full blast. I ordered a footlong and a small drink, I left and enjoyed my sandwich, I went back into the casino a hour later to get a refill. Now this is when the trouble starts, I went to the soda machine and the slim spanish lady on duty immediately says outloud that im not allowed to get refills. At the time I had my water bottle with me so I thought she meant no refills using non subway containers, I then proceeded to tell her that im only refilling my subway cup and I did so and she just kept repeating no refills allowed 3 times. I've dined at subways all across America and I never ever had an issue getting a refill so I confronted her and asked for the manager, she proceeded to call security on me, at this point I was not backing down and I got loud, the employee that served me the sandwich earlier came out and apologized and told me one refill is allowed, I went on my way as the digust was just absolutely vomiting. I DONT expect employees at subway to function at a 100%, nevermind the times when the meat is half frozen or certain items are out to complete an sub, nevermind the times I ask for doublt meat and got charged for it then only find it with a regular portion when i drove 15 minutes away, but this hateful energy could really be kept at home and not at the job. When is it a crime to bring a water bottle into dining spaces? Did subway trained its employees to harass customers instead of serving the customers? How is it possible that such a person can represent subway on a daily basis? If management actually cares about this location and values its customer for spending time and money please respond to my review.

UPDATE: Management did reach out to me after a few days, the typical corporate pony show, but at least they responded. Not really sure if the story isnt clear enough for management or just lost in translation but I was told that I used colorful language and should be more respectful, apparently the word stupid is considered colorful language nowadays for stupid behavior, I dont even know how to try to tackle this. But whatever I guess, its just one customer that wont ever buy another subway product, no biggie. I will give another star just because management reached out to me. Just a suggestion, PUT UP a sign that states the refill policy or have the employee TELL the customer when a drink is purchased so no one gets stress when its so easy to avoid.

GREAT SUBWAY SANDWICH ? A LITTLE PRICEY HAM AND CHEESE ? FOOTLONG. BUT I WAS HUNGRY AND I LOVE SUBWAY. THIS PLACE WAS NICE CLEAN AND THE SANDWICH MAKER WAS VERY PLEASANT TO TALK TO. Great OAT MEAL COOKIES ? TOO .

Didn’t notice the charge number when insert my credit card. Only noticed after sitting down and eating. Ordered a $6 spicy Italian 6”. Gave them a coupon from room stay for free beverage. The total charge rang up at $7.85 but receipt does not show itemization. 1.85 / 6 = 30.8% sales tax? That does not make sense. I feel cheated. It seems they slipped a quick one on me between POS unit vs credit card charge unit.

My family and I went on vacation. We stop at subway before getting to the lodge. First of there is absolutely no where to park. Ok fine. It is a vacation tourist spot it's to be expected. But when you walk in to the old restaurant and see all the staff with no hair nets and Long hair it really makes you question if you really want to eat there or just leave. We rolled the dice and ate there and the wife and I ended up with an upset stomach. Surprisingly there was no hair in it. If you want to roll the dice good luck.

Subway is the same pretty much anywhere in the world and the one located in the Gold Coast is no different. Convenient location if you're a guest craving a sandwich. I was jonseing for a Subway sandwich and the steak sandwich really hit the spot. It was pretty filling too and I have a huge appetite. There were only two people working at the counter so service was a bit slow but the employee was pretty friendly. The price was ridiculous even by Vegas standards. It cost me $25 for a sandwich, two cookies and chips but of course you don't come to this town to save money.
