The service is really bad, I came in about 20 minutes ago. The worker just ignored us and didn’t even look at us. The store was empty and she just continued making about 3-4 sandwiches. She didn’t tell us “I’ll help you when I’m done” “welcome in” “give me a sec” nothing she just did her thing. I was in there for 10 minutes waiting for her to take me order. If it looks empty don’t even bother them, bad service, n clearly not open 24/7.

Horrible time I ordered online and when I walked in the worker just looked at me and said nothing I understand she was working on an online order so I did not bother her but a couple mins later someone else walks in and she looks at him and asks if he's picking up so I had to say yes I am when she finally decides to help me now I get home and the sandwich is horrible made barely spread out the bread been squished while wrapping which caused the bread to fall apart and they didn't even add the cheese I wanted in it so they just rushed thru the order

Terrible!!!!!
I’ll make this short!
Bread not fresh
Avocado hard not ripe, she knew it when she cut it!
Could not understand English, or speak it clearly for the customer, who was me.
If you are going to work in a customer service job you should be able to communicate effectively.
Handed my husband the bathroom key from behind the register and did not change her glove to make my sandwich, gross!!
And I ask why do they cover the sliced meat and cheese display, makes you wonder what that stuff really looks like.
Not a pleasant experience! Will be calling corporate tomorrow for my money back!!!

Good sandwiches and it's always so fresh with the veggies.. the afternoon workers are Kool as a fan but the graveyard worker's SUCK. They don't know how to take coupons. Sux for them cuz they lost a good customer

The lady that did my sandwich did horrible. She only put 3 slices and try to lie saying she put 8. Then jumped and said she put 12. At that point I knew she was lying and instead of fixing it wanted to argue. She had glasses on and very short. And the fact I ordered the Philliy that comes with extra cheese and she wanted to charge me $2 extra. Horrible person. Subway cool just she personally sucked

Ordered a sandwich via the app. Got there at 4:30 am so the door was locked. The guy working was in the bathroom. Came out at 4:45 to make the sandwich. Finished making it and then went back to the bathroom till 5:05. All the time, I was standing outside, ringing the bell and pounding on the door. He saw me both times and just ignored me and didn't even say anything once he finally let me in.

I did an online order for 2 sandwiches. When I went over to pick them up apparently I stole my own sandwiches. When in actuality the 2 worker Daisy and Maria gave my order to someone else and not following through and checking if it was the correct order.They had me standing and waiting so they could both check the cameras to make sure I was not lying. I had my card, email and confirmation on my app but still not enough proof for them.They decided to re make my order and continued to scold me for not telling them I was going to pick up my order a little late.Once my order was filled I called the store to get their names and it took them the 4-5th time of me calling to answer.I asked the associate who answered the names of both the people helping me then I told them how am I to follow your instructions on calling when I’m going to be late for my order if they cannot answer the 1st or 2nd time I called.The person argued with me telling me they’re on a lunch rush so they were unable to answer.Maybe that’s a problem you need to tell your store manager and not tell a customer of your frustration.MARIA AND DAISY if you have time to sit in the office checking the camera to see if I’m going to steal buy one get one free sandwiches there wouldn’t be a lunch rush.
