I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. An older lady working there was extremely rude. She completely ignored me when I was trying to place my order and then got it wrong. When I tried to correct her, she screamed at me for no reason. The whole experience was awful, and I am never coming back here again. Avoid this place if you can!

At approximately 4:00pm I went into subway at 3939 East Lake Mead with my wife. There was a employee already busy with an order there and In walks this other guy young man straight from outside didn’t wash his hands are nothing put on gloves and try to make my food so I asked dude hey are you going to wash your hands? He had the nerve to get upset, and instead of washing his hands, he walked away, and the lady that was making the order proceeded to make our order, but she tried to take up for him saying “he just left out of here” like that means something. WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!. I’m appalled and disgusted. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to the subway again. This is just disgusting. He should be fired immediately. And from What the other employee said to me like because he just left out. It’s OK that he didn’t want his hands coming back in kind of has me questioning if she wash her hands but I don’t know because when I came she was already making a sandwich. I’m hoping I don’t get sick. But upon hindsight, I realize I should’ve just left the restaurant. A customer shouldn’t have to tell an employee to wash their hands because me as a customer. It shouldn’t be my job to tell you to wash your hands.

At 4 PM today me and my husband went in to make an order. There was one worker already there at the counter busy with another order. Then another employee (a guy)walks in from outside come straight to the front puts gloves on and attempts to fix our food. My husband politely asked “hey man are you gonna wash your hands?” He acted like he didn’t understand what my husband said. So my husband repeated himself and then the girl steps in and says “oh he just barely left out”, but here’s my thing it doesn’t matter whether he was had already been working or not. He just came in from outside. God knows what all he’s touched. He certainly touched the germ infested door handle for sure and that’s enough. A customer shouldn’t have to ask you to wash your hands. When you’re working in the food industry it should be standard procedure to wash your hands when dealing with food, like who trained these people.? The guy still never washed his hands after being asked several times instead he’s just walked off to the back. like how could you be upset or offended because you’re asked to wash your hands when dealing with customers food.!!! I think I’m going to report this place to the board of health because it just makes no sense that someone who works in the food industry would get offended because they’re walking in from outside, comes straight in and expect to just fix the customers food without washing their hands and it be OK. Somethings not right. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

I will never go back here. My bread was stale and I ordered a churro and it tasted like bitter chemicals...had to throw it away. What a waste of money. Also...the young man making my sandwich was quite possibly the slowest sandwich maker alive... subway...do better!!!

Order's sometimes gets messed up when ordering something like the #6 The Boss, even though it supposed to be a footlong as the description says, they sometimes perceived it as half a foot long. If it was a one time thing that would be fine but this has literally become a 50-50 chance that I end up with half a footlong or two sandwiches of the same order with one of them being correct while the other is a half footlong. This has been an issue for a while now.

Very rude staff. It isn’t the same anymore as it was 10 years ago. The lack of respect is mind boggling to me.
