Terrible service they give in this location. I usually go to subway every Sunday but I will definitely not return to this store since they give bad service, they serve very poorly and I have tried to talk and they always answer in a way that makes you annoying I definitely do not recommend this place ???

Same high price for even less meat - again ... Y'all are wrong, and you know it. Chipotle did this to customers too, it didn't work. MASS WALKOUTS, FOOD WASTE, TIK TOK HUMILIATION. $13.80 for four pieces of roast beef, no way. You have it coming for this money grab at our expense.

So what happens is, we walk out. You lose customers, OUR money, and have food waste. ? There is a better way. Try respecting your customers money, and providing a valuable product for the amount your charging.

I won't be back, to that store ever. And won't buy Subway until I see a marketing campaign that exhibits change. Capriotti's has way better sandwiches with flavor, for the same price as you. Why Subway, when there is better for the same price? ? Jimmy John's, Capriotti's, Jersey Mike's, Port of Subs.... I mean you're not exclusive.

The store was clean and nice but that's about it for the niceties from me.

Do better. Or don't. Plenty of long standing franchises are bankrupting right now, plus everyone knows about Subways financial struggles prior. And this BS is exactly why they have them. Good luck. ?

APP ordered 10:40pm, girlfriend picked up at 11:00pm. mixed cold sandwich with toasted, so toasted cold when home. both sandwiches missing cheese. Monster steak had 2 tablespoons meat on each half and 1 flimsy piece of bacon. both sandwiches looked like they were made than dropped and put back together. and of all things bread was pretty hard. obviously won’t going back to subway again

My bf and I had subway last night at around 10:30pm and it seems like they were off because the marinara sauce was not there but we trusted it and my bf threw the meatball sub up next day at 1pm and left work early had to miss 7 hours of work for a trash sub. He didn't throw up what we ate this morning or yesterday morning he threw up the meatballs so clearly it was Subway that gave us food poisoning. I also have stomach issues. Disgusting.

I'm a regular customer of Subway. First off, I spend 45-50 when I come in. Usually the late night guy is okay, not tonight. He had his friends inside when I came to pick up my food. I said hello, how you been. He said, "I've been busy, just like right now I have to make these guys' sandwiches. You're not the only one!" and proceeded to complain when I asked for a side of sauce to go with my pretzel and gave an over exaggerated loud sigh to let me know how displeased he was. I said, "Thank you," and he completely ignored me. Terrible service for someone who had put the tip online, and spent almost 50 dollars! If he doesn't want to make sandwiches, maybe he should be fired or quit instead of making people upset that spend that much money.

Ive never seen any management there. The buy one get the next one %50 off , with the app of course , didnt subtract that from the total. The sandwich was fine but nobody spoke English to get a credit from.

Closest in my neighborhood I always come on this location. Ladies in the noon shift are professional and good in customer service. But service on late time of the day is lousy and vegetables are old and mossy. There were two kids on 10/26/23 and charged me with extra 2 chips which I don't order.Management please check your employees that rips off customer like me. Thanks.
