Insanely disrespectful. Got yelled at for trying to order food while floors are wet. The hell you yelling at customers during business hours for stepping on your floors. Deserves to be fired , disrespectful as hell

My husband ordered an egg and cheese on flatbread. The employee picked up ham to put on the sandwich which my husband is very allergic to, when my husband told him NO he took the eggs and ham off the flatbread and went to grab to different eggs without changing his gloves. This restaurant does not care about cross contamination and the employee did not speak English so it was hard to communicate our order with him.
I do not recommend eating here.

Conveniently open 24 hours and located inside the Plaza Hotel this Subway was super clutch. I just got back from EDC after a long night of raving and was jonesing for a sandwich at 4 AM. The guys in there were super fast and my meatball sub was bussin.

I was putting in an order on the app.I DELIBERATELY changed the restaurant. Then when I hit send, the app changed it back.

There is no way to cancel in the app. Called the restaurant they said they couldn't help. Called the corporate number and they say to submit feedback online.

I don't need feedback. I need to cancel an order and be refunded.

I went into the restaurant that is actually near me and just ask them about it and they said Yes actually the franchise that has the order is the one who has to submit the cancel and the refund. So they lie to keep your money too.

And they make it a point to tell you that they, as an employee, are not affected and so it's your problem.

And not like it's cheap.

This place is laughably bad. I wish I had checked the reviews. The counter person did not speak English. That was rough trying to communicate. Luckily, she could point to each ingredient. The bread was so tough I was LITERALLY afraid it would damage my dental work. The area in the casino where it's located has no decorations. I thought we were in a staff area or it was under construction. Nope. Do NOT eat here.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit this place. I found the employee Vanessa to be rude and disrespectful, showing a clear lack of concern for customer service.

In contrast, the Mexican restaurant next door offered a fantastic experience with excellent food and attentive service. I highly recommend considering a review of your staff’s customer interaction standards to avoid losing customers.

I was staying at the hotel plaza and I had purchased subways there before, but then the last day I was staying at the hotel I went to ask for a spoon of a fork. The lady there Vanessa, was extremely rude and said she couldn’t give me a fork because I hadn’t bought anything even though before I had bought sandwiches and even before then I got a plastic knife without buying anything. Then my aunt went to ask why Vanessa refused if we just needed one plastic fork, she did not let her speak, kept cutting in and was extremely rude to my aunt. She refused to give us her name and the name of the manager. Horrible service from her, terrible attitude, she should not work at a place that is inside of a hotel. Gives a terrible imagine to the hotel.

I usually love subway food, but this is by far my worst experience.

Extremely overpriced. Terrible customer service.
No water cups, no cutleries.(even though the subs are $15 - $20). Next door options were far better than what's available here.
