The sandwich masters have always been on point. I haven't thus far been disappointed by the quality of my sandwiches including the fresh veggies. Sometimes the staff are a little less friendly but the actual overall service is good.

Sent a coworker to get my order of a ft long BLT before she went home. She brought my order back to me but when I opened it this is what I found (see photos). Took me 5 phone calls before anyone answered, and when he did, he didn’t speak good English. I had to put a co-worker that spoke Spanish on the phone to tell him that my order was wrong. I just decided to go there after I got off work at 10:30 pm. He argued with me that a BLT has meat, cheese and bacon. I told him it had lettuce, tomato and bacon. Continued to argue with me but I just told him to make it the way I told him. Ended up getting lettuce, tomato and ice cold bacon. I work in the same plaza as them, and I usually get my subway near my home but was pressed for time. Don’t see me returning there soon. Attached photo is what I opened the wrapper to.

I go here all the time. WHY IS THE OVEN STILL BROKEN???? I thought subway was a good chain how do you not have a working oven??? I would never go there again but the girl who works nights is Awesome and makes my night every time I go there. PLEASE FIX THE OVEN!!!

Went in to order two foot long sandwiches and asked for them both to be toasted on the notes but person didn't read the notes. I was the only one in line and when I received the sandwiches they came out not very normal or professional looking. There was no rush or line at all however the sandwiches turned out not appealing. First time I had this before.

If you see all my past reviews, you will notice that I don't leave bad reviews. I'm regular to Subway but this location is the worst. Younger female employee this morning always screws up the special instruction and she has a bad attitude. Last time, I told her in a nice way that she needs to see the special instructions and she gave a bad attitude. Today again she screwed up. All I asked was to cut it in 4 pieces instead of 2. I think she recognized me and didn't even do an eye contact and handed my footlong. I asked if she put some napkins in the bag because she stapled it so I couldn't see. She said "no" very confidently. Now sure how she's in the food industry. The other lady said "thank you" finally when I left. I feel horrible for people who are miserable at the work. I will not come back to this location again although it's on my way to work. One on Durango and Sahara has a lot better and competent employees. Those ladies never screwed up my order and they are nicer.

We ordered at this location because of the $6.99 footlong promo. The subs tasted ok but the amount of meat and toppings was absurd. I won’t return to this specific subway, luckily they are on every corner in Vegas.

Came & grab a sub, they messed up my order. When I got home i noticed they gave me the wrong sub so I called them back (I called them like 10 times with no answer) and when someone finally answered , I told her what happened and she (Maria) said “I’m leaving right now so just bring your receipt next time and we’ll get u the right sub” I came in today with my recipe & shower her (Emily) my receipt and told her what happened. She told me they can’t do that. She didn’t want to talk to me at 1st, She stayed in the back for 10 min and said she’s busy. She had somebody else come and talk to me. I asked for a number or managers number that I can talk to & she said they had no number. I don’t recommend this area.
