Don't go there. Go some other one. I ordered #18. She put on only 1 layer of cheese. It says "2xprovolone". I had to tell her. When I got home, I found out she put only 2 kinds of meat. Supposed to have 3 kinds. I'll never go back and I'll spread the news too.

The young lady made the messiest sandwich I've ever had in my life it was bad I couldn't believe how she was making it right before my eyes I told her light and she piled it on like a crazy lady I did not know what to say or do like a sucker I paid for it and went home and try to salvage but it was super upsetting.

Absolute trash worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They are breaking every health code regulations and every subway standard. I was the SUBWAY® manager for 10 years tonight I received the worst service possible the sandwiches were made. You would think they were making them for an animal the service from this girl, Yaneli horrible The health inspector definitely needs to check out this place. I had already paid for the sandwiches, took them dumped them straight in the trashcan outside.i would give 0 stars if I could

I don't like how they don't look you in the eyes well they talk to you. It makes me think they aren't talking to me?! She was looking down and whispered what would I like to add and acted confused. I asked for the Sriracha and they put only one line on it and it wasn't even half way through the sandwich. Like why would you only put a small like on half? I then asked for easy mayo and I should of known better cuz then they only put mayo on the other half on the sandwich and not easy on the whole thing. ? when someone ask for easy mayo it doesn't mean put mayo on half of the sandwich. I don't want half my sandwich to be dry and the other to be soaked in mayo.

All of the food tastes bland, has to repeat our order multiple times for people to understand what we wanted, the place was not cleaned properly and lots of empty containers near the drink station, at least the employees were nice when they gave us the food, also the chips were

Worse service i have ever experienced! I was ordering my sandwich, and this lady that worked there, I guess, didn't speak English and was constantly messing up on my sandwich. When I finally sat down to eat, another lady started to order her food. The worker started speaking to her in English? So idk if it was cause I'm black, but that was not okay! Laughing and speaking to your coworker in Spanish while taking my order was even more disrespectful! I didn't come into your building with an attitude! Do better and hire better workers!I posted a pic of the worker because this should not be happening, but it definitely happened to someone else who left a bad review!

The guy/girl looked at me and said i don’t speak English first off… Afterward proceeded to talk in another language with a coworker who continuously laughed while staring directly at me multiple times after i tried to be nice they started laughing louder and making even more jokes in there own language from what it seemed. This was horrible customer service from two young employees who seemed to not know the subway American way!!! Or apparently management I’ve been told doesn’t care from 4 different employees who work here!!! So sad:(

Ordered food for workers, sandwiches were not made properly. Cheese steak sandwiches had no cheese and minimal meat. Missing ingredients on all sandwiches. The worst part is that the entire order was started online and printed out so they could see exactly what kind of sandwiches were requested. When I attempted to call, they picked up the phone and hung up 3 times before I even had a chance to speak to someone. When talking with Anna, she acted like she did not understand me. When asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager would be in the next day. Ask to speak with someone in charge and she replied nobody is in charge.

It seems that if if you want to use the current 'Buy one get one free' on line promotion at this location, you better print out your receipt before you leave home. When I got to the store the kid behind the counter wouldn't honor the promotion. Said I needed to show him proof that I had ordered it. As I didn't have my laptop with me, I had to settle for a single sandwich. No supervisor on the premises of course.

Unlike some other Subways shops in the Las Vegas area, this one hasn't been updated recently. That said, the shop was still clean, the service was excellent, and the food was good. If you're looking for a good value sandwich, check out this Subway location.
