It sounds like you're responding to negative reviews about the Subway location where you work, particularly regarding the night shift experience and the handling of orders for individuals recovering from medical procedures.Firstly, you've highlighted that during your two years of working at the Sunrise location, you've consistently experienced friendly, professional, and efficient service from the night shift crew members. This positive feedback contradicts the negative reviews that other customers have left.Regarding the specific incidents mentioned in the negative reviews, you've provided context and explanations that shed light on why certain orders may not have been fulfilled as expected. For example, you mentioned that individuals recovering from CPR or surgery typically require specific dietary restrictions, such as a clear liquid diet, before transitioning back to solid foods. Therefore, it may not be reasonable for customers to expect certain menu items to be available or appropriate in these situations.Your response addresses the concerns raised in the negative reviews and provides clarity on the limitations and considerations involved in serving customers with specific medical needs. It also reaffirms the positive experiences you've had working at the Subway location during the night shift. Overall, your perspective offers valuable insights into the challenges and responsibilities faced by food service workers when serving customers with unique dietary requirements or medical conditions.

In my experience with Subway, you MUST be precise of exactly of what's you want on your sandwich and how you want it made. Plus, it would help if you watched the person making it. For example: If you ask for a few slices of jalapeños, you don't want 10-15 pieces! And if you prefer your bacon crispy, you need to make sure it is crispy! Not uncooked fat on one side of each piece. How 1/2 a piece of bacon is so uncooked on one side and cooked on the other is beyond me. If you asked for your bun to be toasted, make sure they toast it! The reason I am mentioning these very specific things, but is that I have had these things happen to me countless times! I should have realized after the first 2 times that I really should have paid over attention, but I always thought that a different person would make it the way I asked. NOT SO!!! If you can possibly get your Sunway sandwich the exact way you want it, then it is good! Another thing is, if you do not want mustard, and they squirter mustard all over your sandwich, tell them to make you another! Or, if you ask for "very little" mayo, and you get a ton, tell them to make you a new sandwich, not just scrape it off! If you asked for 2 slices of the red onion, and they load the onions on, they can take them off, bit you have to catch that right away, because if you didn't, there could be more under the meat and cheese etc, and when you get home and take a much anticipated bite out of your Sunway sandwich, you diet a whole mouth full of onions!! I will tell you, when I was years younger, I worked as a supervisor at one of the small restaurants at what used to be called, Mc Carren International Airport, in Las Vegas, NV. They were 2 people called in sick...hmm. Anyway, they asked me if I would please help. Of course, I said yes, and I made Subway sandwiches for the 3 days they ended up needing me. I did make each sandwich, "exactly" as I was asked to. I had heard from people that flew out often, that they choose Subway, at this location, because the woman who makes the sandwiches there, by the name of Donna, will make you a great sandwich and the exact way you want it! Yes, it was probably only one person who told another on the plane or in line, and the word spread that day...sounds insignificant, but if you fly alot, you would prefer to get something you like or love, over something that isn't that good, especially if you're hungry and only have a short time to fit your lunch or dinner in, between flights. It felt good, that I made a handful of people from a flight, enjoy their Subway sandwich ....I don't know how far the word got around, by people that may have known each other on those flights, but I hope many. One of my favorite Subway sandwiches, (IF made the exact way I ask) is, made on a toasted white roll, with a thin swipe of mayo on both sides of the toasted roll, then 4-5 slices of crispy bacon on top of that, then, thin 2 thinly slices of tomato in each side of the sandwich. triangle pieces of provolone cheese, 4-5 slices of black olives on each side, salt, and black pepper. Sometimes, I I like a couple of slices of jalapeños on each side of the sandwich. I also like salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese on a toasted white roll and heated so the cheese melts on the salami.

Absolutely terrible establishment. Advertises 24 hours a day, however they are not open to the public at certain hours apparently...Terrible employees and personnel that have absolutely no power, or knowledge of how to correct a mistake ...and think that it's OK to use profanity over the phone with customers. Do not go to this establishment or any Subway .. if this is how they're going to have their franchises do business...

This subway says it's open 24hrs but it's not. I came at 4:30am all the lights are on and door is locked and no one is there.

Store number 7674 is trash and the manager Matias does not honor the military or police discount because he said manager only approves to who ever he wants to give discounts too. I have 0 respect for people who have 0Customer ethic! Customer is always right I've been Kevin military discount in other locations that are subway he basically called me a liar when I have no reason to lie I will rather take my money where they understand what a military discount is!

I've been to this Subway location three times in 8 days and they can't make an Italian Sub because they don't have Provolone Cheese ...???? I Promise I won't be asking for anything from your location anymore....Not very competent.

This subway is very close to where I work so I come here because it's location is convenient for me! It tastes like any other subway and you can't really go wrong. They have the full menu of sandwiches and I always go with the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. You can't go wrong with that sandwich and I would recommend it if you don't know what you want! Pick up a sandwich to go if you want something quick too!

I’m not really sure what’s up with these negative reviews but working at Sunrise for two years, I’ve never had a problem with ordering during night shift at Subway. Both night shift crew members have been friendly, professional and quick. As far as the other reviews stating they wanted to put an order in for someone’s life that was saved the night before…I’ve never came across a patient that can be immediately put back on a regular diet (solid foods) the day after CPR is done on them so I’m not sure why she had to include that in her review (her father’s doctor or nurse should of explained that to her). Also, the review that someone got food poisoning after surgery? Again, a clear liquid diet is usually what is best after surgery before slowly going back to a regular diet. Eating solid foods immediately afterwards can cause nausea etc so I’m not really understanding why that person is putting Subway completely at fault for that.

I went to Subway around 10 o'clock 1030 I had been waiting for 30 minutes to even get my order taken and then I ask about how long it would be the worker told me about another 30 minutes because he had online orders to make and then it went to the back for 10 minutes to hide for me and other three guest I have been sitting in subway for over 45 minutes now and still haven't even got my order taken Now there are four other guests behind me

These people are crazy! You call to do a good deed and they tell you to go do it online, because THEY ARE BUSY… making sandwiches. I attempted to order sandwiches for lunch on behalf of my father who’s life they saved last night. Unbelievable. Wouldn’t give them my money if it would come back as a write off. First Jarred, then the tuna, now this? No thanks Subway.??

too bad this store has only 2 stars but I gave 5 stars because I usually go late night and am always taken good care of by the mature Hispanic man with the shaved head, he is polite and friendly and I give him credit for working graves in such a bad area of town... he makes me feel safe while I am there and makes awesome sandwiches... you guys recently hired a new kid for graves this past week, great attitude, very friendly, makes awesome sandwiches, focused and doing a great job. don't know his name but he has red hair I believe... I frequent this location on Maryland blvd across from the mall... about 1-3 times a week, turkey cali pro, cookies and a orange fanta,,,lol ... these guys make the grave shift awesome every day of the week now... thanks and see you soon USMC

FOOD POISONING!!! I know making claims of food poisoning is serious and I take this review seriously. I was staying with my son after he had surgery for a few days. Had subway 2 days in a row and started feeling nauseous on the 2nd day. So far (still sick), I’m on day 3 of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I ordered the same thing both days: either don’t visit here or at least don’t eat the chicken.
