Just picked up an online order (13:30pm, Thursday, 2 November 2023) and had to school the cashier for being rude and utterly condescending. My review is not for the food, the location, ambiance or cleanliness of the shop but solely on the demeanor of the lady cashier! This has been my "to go" Subway shop since the franchise opened because it's the closest to my place of work. Sandwiches are made and prepared exactly just like the way you like it so "kudos" to the sandwich artists. However, the vibe and the attitude I got from the cashier affected my appetite and somewhat ruined the rest of my lunch break. To think I didn't have to pay in person so I should've not dealt with her but for her to treat me like a kid who doesn't know how to use a napkin dispenser was just uncalled for. I gave her the coldest and stoic look, and snapped back at her, in a low but still respectful voice - "I am not dumb". She replied with jibberish words I could not understand so i just said back to her: "you could've said it nicely. You didn't have to talk down to me". And turned my back and walked away.Would i still go back to this Subway? Of course, but I would definitely try to avoid making (or not at all) any kind of contact with the lady cashier.Again, to the guy (sandwich artist) who prepared my subs, Thank you and you make my coming. back to your shop worth it.

I want to say thank you to the manager for giving me the job. She's a really sweet person.If I can get the chance to work at this store again I will be happy to :).It was not my decision to quit. I worked here for about 2 months and a half.I was fired from this job because of the old Hispanic lady that works here. She set me up with a catering order.She has a really bad attitude, likes to boss employees even if you do your job right, she would micromanage me on most shifts. She would speak bad of me in front of customers sometimes.Told me several times to quit the job and leave.And bragged about her getting the job done all on her own.We could get along some shifts but it was rare. Working with her was more bad than good.I could go on and on about how awful this old lady was.If she doesn't quit willingly she needs to get FIRED!she cannot be training new hires with that attitude of hers.

The old Hispanic woman working right now at 5pm on Wednesday the 27th of September has a bad attitude and is being really rude. I came in to order 5 sandwiches and she just rolled her eyes at us. She does not listen and when I stayed telling her what the first sandwich she told me to stop because she hadn't cut the bread yet. Very unprofessional!!! I always come to this subway but I think I'll be taking my orders elsewhere from now on

The young lady today which is Wednesday at 5:54 at the Subway on Sahara I seen a gentleman walk in and ask for an order it seemed like there was an older Hispanic lady with a young light skin possibly Cuban girl very young in the back waiting maybe to go home while this gentleman was waiting on the order she started speaking about how we could not stand by the glass mirror because she did not want us to see her cook the sandwiches all this while she has flies on her head and she's brushing him off and still making a sandwich she proceeded in to just being abusive with her language very aggressive at that moment the gentleman said something she screamed back at him and I left the other gentleman left and the co-worker young girl with eyes in shock I will never come back here again that lady is very disrespectful very bad location flies inside and I am not going to talk bad about this place because this is the time that I seen it like this I don't know about anybody else but at this moment this place is a dirt hole

Good place for a good sandwich. He really stacked the meat with the double protein option. But 34 for 2 sandwiches is only for once a month visits. Yall enjoy!

Absolutely by far the worst subway, the order took an extra 20 minutes they didn't put on half of the stuff we ordered, don't ask for avocado because they charge you for it but won't fucking give it to you, they need to fix this subway it's fucking ridiculous.

Might be because I work in the same plaza, but last two experiences have been phenomenal. Super friendly and polite staff who do their best to get you want as fast as possible. Makes it easy to slip over for lunch. Very clean as well and all chops stocked.
