The salad was delicious and well prepared. The service was great. The young men were very efficient, and they acknowledged every customer that entered the store.

This place just loves to change pricing workers for the most part are rude .. when in window says a certain price for a sandwich go to the counter tell them that's what you want and the price they give you two times more than poster in the window it has happened to me multiple times lessoned learned I'll go to another sandwich shop

I ordered a steak sandwich not toasted. Only to get home and have a cold sandwich. When taking the sandwich back the clerk informed me because I didn't want it toasted this is why I received cold steak. After remaking the sandwich with still cold meat he did not put all ingredients on the sandwich. Never had I ever received cold steak all the years I've eaten at Subway. I would not recommend this location. Customer service and the quality of food is not a priority. Not only does it reflects poorly on the company but the individual who took my order and made my food along with unwashed hands. Order placed 3.22.25 at 4:27 pm!

Don't order online from this place they will intentionally make your sandwich wrong and skip steps like toasting your sandwich. In order to get an okay sandwich you mush watch them and don't order from this place online. 80$ and can't make a sandwich is ridiculous.

Food is great, but the prices could be better than they are. 32.00 for 2 sandwiches is a little steep.

Very careless,, got 2 foot longs one double meat and it for sure did NOT have extra meat but they definitely charged for extra! I had to remind the lady 3 time about my pizza and during checkout again like as if she just didn’t wanna make it and had some one else do it as she is talking to her coworker about her sister and laughing! Saying she is getting paid for not working as she just stand there laughing with the other lady! This place is a joke! Go to any other subway!

Yesterday, my daughters and I visited this Subway, and we had the pleasure of being helped by Angel. His customer service was nothing short of impeccable! We were working with a budget, using gift cards and coupons, and Angel was incredibly patient with my indecisive daughters. Even when the restaurant got busy, he stayed calm, cool, and collected the entire time. We never once felt rushed!

Angel went above and beyond, even making thoughtful recommendations for our sandwiches that I hadn’t considered. It’s clear he’s a true asset to Subway. In an age where great customer service can be hard to come by, Angel truly lives up to his name. Angel, I hope you see this and that your company recognizes the amazing work you’re doing. You rock!

These ppl rip customers off by charging more money for items and most likely pocketing it. I ordered 1 dozen cookies using the touch screen. It was $7. When I got to the window they told me was $13 dollars. The manager said it's a different price in store. Wth?! Checked the price online... was $7.

This location is the absolute worst. I come to this one because I like to touch screen drive-thru.... But it has not worked in months. Nobody comes to the window, and there are always some pretty sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot causing me to not want to get out of my vehicle.

Always slow, and when you press the button in the drive thru for help, no one ever answers even when there are no other customers inside the restaurant.

Update: one of our sandwiches had a food label stuck to the bread. Gross.

I came here Yesterday Night, ready to place my order through the machine. I didn't get her name, but one of the Night shift workers that has a Spanish accent but does speak Spanish told me their systems is down and wouldn't be able to take my order. Usually, when the system is down, they leave the paper note on the machine, if she was referring to that. One of the other workers there, a guy, was outside, not sure on break or something, told me they're lying, that they are able to take my Order, they just want HIM to do it. Boy, did that boil my blood, LOL, so I honked at the window, and the one who spoke opened up the window and I asked her why she's lying, because I just got told she can take my order, but refused to. She said what would I like? Like nothing. And I asked her again, and she had the nerve to close the window and walk away. That didn't stop me, so I parked the car, and practically banged on the door until she opened up the door, along with another girl, and talked to her, and asked her the same question, and she kept saying the same thing, that the service was down, but can do my order. I feel these 2 didn't want to work. If it wasn't for the guy to tell me about it, I would have left like an idiot. I suggest @management to check cameras from Yesterday Night shift, and you'll see and hear all the proof. Have THOSE 2 FIRED, they probably fooled others Yesterday too, not just me.

Waited over 30 minutes just for my sandwich to be made wrong. My last sandwich was also wrong. I definitely shouldn't have given them a second chance. This location is HORRIBLE.
