I never got my order and when i called it keep going to voicemail
The sandwiches were good BUT the manager, or the hourly team member in charge, would not let us use a second coupon even when we split up into two separate groups to order and pay. i get one coupon per group of customers policy BUT when we separated into two groups we negated that policy. He commented that the second groups items had to be full price because they would still get in trouble if they took a coupon from them -- that's either Management by intimidation or something similar
Had issues with the app working & their new phone for the store doesn't work.
Finally did get the app to work.
The bread was hard and I was there for over 40 minutes 😫

Went online to order card was charged but then money was refunded and now I'm out 30 dollars until midnight. Went on the app to order card was charged and money was refunded again so now I'm out 70 dollars have no subway and no dinner. Additionally can't use the 6.99 footlong deal unless u order online which is impossible bc the app and the website aren't working.
The server was rather rude....very stingy with placing meat on the bread....very cheap cold cuts...no flavor to the sandwich....it was a footling cold cut.. very disappointed with the meal.

My subway app was hacked and I had orders placed all over the west coast, when I live on the east. I was frantically calling all the subways to cancel the orders and this subway was the only one to both answer and cancel the order immediately. Although this is not my store, nor did I eat their food, I appreciated the quick response to my issue!!!
