I used to love this subway when a girl used to be there taking orders and making sandwiches cause she always got my order right. Now with the new employees every time you ask them for pickles they just put cucumbers. CUCUMBERS ARE NOT PICKLES this has happened with 2 of the sandwiches I've ordered from them and Im honestly so disappointed with their work.

They had a rude lady in to grab a sandwich and being that my sandwich was done before hers, she got upset with them because I paid first. 🙄 Shout out to them for handling it like professionals and keeping their smiles 😁 Much appreciated! One of the best handmade Subway sandwiches I've seen in awhile! AJ and KK do a very good job, they are both professional and courteous. Both are very sanitary and making sure no cross contamination.

Terrible experience at this Subway location. When we arrived, there was only one person ahead of us, but no one acknowledged us at all. Two employees were counting money during a shift change, while another stood around doing absolutely nothing. More employees began to show up, but still—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing.
By the time they finished with the register, the customer ahead of us had already left, and instead of helping us, three employees just walked to the back, chatting like we didn’t exist. At that point, we decided to leave too.
Whoever manages this location seriously needs to train the staff on basic customer service. A simple “hi” or “we’ll be right with you” goes a long way. Will never return to this location.

If i could give less than one star i would. I ordered online. Went picked my food updrove home(about 60 miles out of town) when i took out each sandwhich i was fuming mad. They were slopped together a horrible mess. I paid for a acados didnt get any. I asked for xtra black olives maybe i got four or five on sandwhich. No oregano no extra meat which inpaid for. I tried getting a hold of corperate and had no luck . I did get an email that said the situation was delt with case closed basically. I wont be going ro subway ever again!!!

I bought roast beef sandwich tonight and there was long ass hair in it and when I went inside around 5 am the only employee was washing stuff inside and I was literally shouting him to make see me and come to the front so that I can pick up my order but he didn’t.. that was totally very bad experience at all..

Bad service. Walked in and wasn’t greeted. Employees didn’t acknowledge me. Also they gave me the wrong that I was picking up.
We got to eat 3 people at 11:30 PM on 03/22/2025, the door blocked, they don’t greet, the bathroom for my wife they say it’s closed being 24 hours, the cashier has an offensive look, the line is dirty, the vegetables are mixed, the person throws the doors, the menu is not known, more people arrived and I left them outside and when they entered they didn’t even say hello.
The person who works has long hair because he doesn’t have a closed cap or cap?, why do they hire people who don’t like to work the night shift?
Great company, terrible worker.

It's 11:23pm not even midnight even though they are supposed to be 24hrs they are not at the location on boulder and russell someday because people don't want to work that's not fair to people who really don't want to go anywhere else so late and there 24hrs ! False advertisement I'm so pissed off i hate this location so much!!!! Do better or stop hiring KIDS !!!
