Obviously they need more than 2 people working on Friday afternoon at noon. Both employees tried their best to keep up but the sandwiches are sloppy, they're mixing up the order of the line, I asked for a large and got a medium. On top of that $15 for a foot long sandwich combo is crazy. Never returning to a subway because I was so severely disappointed.

I placed an order online around 11:45am to have lunch ready when the time comes.. the order says it’ll be ready at 1pm. I arrive at Subway around 1:08pm and they’re telling me they’re barely working on it… 😑 Okay… So I sit and wait patiently while they’re working on it, then they called me by the wrong name only to find out there not working on my order and I showed them the email of my order with my name… they’re so confused. Then the lady in the back comes out of nowhere, she had my order sitting there the ENTIRE 15 minutes I been sitting and waiting.. there goes half my lunch break.. I am upset because of the lack of customer service, communication, time management and lack of apology from the subway team. I hope this review reaches headquarters.

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had and any food establishment!!!! First off there was hair all in the sandwich that was made. When I brought my sub back to show them. The manager wouldn't even look at the sub. She kept saying there is no hair. I look around and there is no hair nets being used at all, the most disgusting thing ever!!! This place sould really be looked into by the heath department. I asked for a refund and she said she didn't have both subs that were made, and kept fighting with me. As she tried making me a different sandwich, like I would ever eat here again!!!! Never go to this place, unless you like hairballs with your cold cuts. Happy Gilmore would be ashamed!!!!!

I usually go here they're very nice I don't know if this girl was new but she charged me wrong gave me extra things that I didn't even ask for... and she didn't even ask how she could make it better I did not get her name and on the receipt is not her name very unprofessional but it says Javier zuniga is the director of operations

I ordered on the app in advance as I had a time line to follow. Later, when I checked the app, it said it was ready. I came to this store. Tried the drive thru but no one answered at the menu or window. I came inside and was asked to wait while she finished helping another customer. She finished and started making my sandwiches!!! Why say it's ready in the app if it is not!?! When I asked about this she said there were other customers that came. Again, why say it's ready in the app!?! Not going to bother with location again. Apparently using the app is too difficult.

Everytime I come into this location there's another type of problem. To there computers going down but still accepting mobile orders. I ordered a sandwich threw the app and wanted ghost pepper bread but since the recipe said herb and cheese I could not supposedly if it's not on the recipe you can't add or change it in anyway. I tried to tell them that it's not on the app the ghost pepper option. All and all customer service has been a -88% and will stay that way as long as that little old lady is there.She stays made all her other co-workers are scared of her you can see it in there eyes. They don't claim any other subway just there own and there making a horrible name for the subway franchise.

If u order in person the lady has a freaking horrible attitude. Like girl u choose to make sandwiches not me let's be nice. Order online n they create they own sandwich... bread old too!!!! Not the business n I wouldn't try the drive through for nothing if the cant get in person or online orders correct. Please drive to different location trust me u will not be happy ordering here. No shade just being honest!!!!!

8:30 am, Friday 27th, the lady in this store was the meanest person I’ve ever met in Subway stores. However Subway is my favorite place, but this lady made me think twice when I’m thinking of Subway. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
