If u order in person the lady has a freaking horrible attitude. Like girl u choose to make sandwiches not me let's be nice. Order online n they create they own sandwich... bread old too!!!! Not the business n I wouldn't try the drive through for nothing if the cant get in person or online orders correct. Please drive to different location trust me u will not be happy ordering here. No shade just being honest!!!!!

8:30 am, Friday 27th, the lady in this store was the meanest person I’ve ever met in Subway stores. However Subway is my favorite place, but this lady made me think twice when I’m thinking of Subway. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! A man and woman working @ 4:50 on 8/13/24. My children were waiting inside of the restaurant for over ten minutes when i arrived. I went inside to see what was taking so long. My son said they were preparing a big order in drive thru. Understandable. When they gave the woman her big order they began preparing and taking another order from the drive thru although my husband myself and my two teenagers were standing at the register. No one acknowledged us, no one said anything. So i asked if they were going to take our order or if i need to order on a app. The 'gentleman' said he makes orders as they come so i asked if he would take our order and he said who. I replied they are taking another drive through order and i was standing right here with my family and he isnt taking our order, he continued to get confrontational while trying to explain that he takes orders as they come but again refusing to take ours. Fed up my husband had us leave, he could tell this guy did not want our money in his store. This was the most odd and rude subway experience we've ever experienced. As a store manager myself i have terminated for this behavior. Employees are PAID to 'be nice', so even if you're not genuinely a good person, you need to do what you're paid to do. The worst part is this is right next to my son's new high school and as atheles they choose subway over other fast food. So we could've been their new daily customers, us and their peers, other del sol football players. We will never give tou another chance. Providing Customer Service is so basic, our society usually gives those jobs to CHILDREN. As an adult, you are either polite or a POS and those people are not polite. And everyone reviewing the spanish lady is absolutely correct. She's sounds polite taking orders for the drive thru but thats all. She told me to wait while she takes this order like my children weren’t already in the store, waiting. The Spanish lady there is extremely rude doesn’t listen orde try’s to rush . I was asked 4 times if I wanted toasted and did I get toasted sandwich you guessed it I did not ! And just asked for pepper jack cheese and didn’t get that either rude service

The origin old Spanish woman working there is very unsympathetic and intolerant. When I asked him to remove it because he added the product I didn't want, he said something in Spanish to my face, acted grumpy and made extremely disturbing movements. This is the first time I see such an incomprehensible and intolerant woman.
The guy taking orders and making the order is a real hard worker. In spite of patrons griping about the situation. He was only one there. I give him ALOT of credit for trying to handle it all on his own I’m glad he’s there , to make the order I wanted. Good job dude!

Worse subway in Las Vegas I been here multiple times and they always take 5 or more minutes just to take your order on the drive thru and the staff can never understand or heard what you are saying if you go inside same thing they are slow and get your order wrong and make you wait to take your order STAY AWAY FROM THIS

Went there at 10:36pm through the drive way, nobody greeted me, so went to the window the person there saw me and didn't greet me, I went to the front and he said he had already counted the drawer so he couldn't take my order
