I ate here a couple weeks ago and tried to reach out to the restaurant first at first symptoms of being sick. I left a voicemail to the store with no response. I then went to the store at a later date and was given the run around by someone telling me to call back or visit when the manager is there. This service is unacceptable and would suggest others stay away from this restaurant to avoid potential food poisoning and food related sickness!

She was on the phone while making my order and I couldn’t customize my sandwich I never heard that in my life from a sandwich. the sandwich was mid and my nachos over cook. Only thing I taste is hot sauce and lettuce. It’s hot inside there no ac. I won’t return to this location it’s not recommended at all

Terrible service. I am the only customer in the place. I walk in and had to wait 5 minutes before the 2 employees stopped talking to each other in Spanish. When I was finally helped they did not even follow subway procedures eg bread type etc. Literally EVERYTHING had to be repeated by me several times. 1 of the 2 girls barely spoke English. Most of the food items had to be brought out since wasn't available in the ingredients station. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH

Waited a few minutes then a women comes out from the back chewing a large amount of food with her mouth open. She asked me what I wanted with a mouth full of food. It was disgusting. I was so grossed out I immediately left.

The bathrooms were not in service and this is not the first time this has happened.Also, the front door was sticky and did not open after three or four hard pulls on the door.Other than that the service was fast and the food was delicious.
