I went here anticipating a normal Subway experience but far from it. When I got home and looked at the reviews, I wasn't surprised with all the one star ratings.

The first anomaly here is that despite signs advertising the rewards program, they don't give you any rewards. Once she rang through my purchase, I asked for rewards and expected them to scan my app. She said that do it by phone number but she spent a lot of time re-punching things into the cash. I put in my phone number when it asked for it on the payment screen and asked her if it went through to which she replied yes, but she lied to me.

When I received the bill which I paid using a credit card, it showed a tip on there which I didn't authorize so I disputed this with her on principle. She had no idea what to do and later, her friend from the next door counter of a different restaurant came to help and I think she was suggesting a refund but the Subway clerk would have no part of it. They actually wanted me to return the next day when the manager would be there.

Eventually she grabbed my sandwich from the counter and punched through something on the cash and gave me a receipt showing a refund but it was for the sandwich, not including the disputed tip amount so the amount was different. I knew that she was now trying to scam me because it appeared that she processed a cash refund since I never submitted my credit card again but she didn't give me any cash and there was definitely no credit card refund.

My toasted sandwich was now cold after all this which was still behind the counter so I couldn't even access it. Now she was on the phone with someone, perhaps the manager? I don't know but she was again punching stuff in the cash for minutes long while talking to this person. I was getting exasperated now so I just asked her if I could have my sandwich back and I was ready to forget about the added tip because it was all so not worth it anymore.

Now, for some reason, she was taking money from her tip jar and giving me back the tip amount which was on the credit card receipt.

I cannot believe that they run an establishment this way and more so, I cannot believe that Subway allows this.

I submitted a missing points request through the app and received my points in the end but save yourself any potential aggravation. There are lots of Subways within walking distance of this one. Go to one of the other ones.

Whoever the Spanish Guy that works at this Subway is very disrespectful,he should be fired, he treated me and my cousin with no respect. I will never recommend this to no one, I even watched how he treated the other costumers, no one go to this Subway. Horrible Service if I could do no stars I would never going back... Fire whoever he is!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any Subway in the world. Argumentative even after showing the order recipient. He couldn't confirm a name or an order or barely spoke English. 30 minutes to pick up a pre ordered sandwich. Avoid the this HORRIBLE place and have a better time in Vegas.

This outlet is very near to LinQ and Harrah's.
I went here 2 times to take Veg sandwich and both time I had a good experience.
Food is good and staff is also co-operate and helpful.

This location has a HUGE moth bug right next to the food!!! I asked the worker about it and she didn't seem to notice somehow but it caught my eye the moment I walked up to it. Me and my wife were shocked and was looking for the health and food rating letter which there was NONE!!

First of all we had two waiters who didn't want to make any effort to understand us. One was called Oscar and the other I don't remember. Oscar, a very condescending salesman who took us for nothing and who made fun of us because we were French, he told us: “in France we don’t say yes, we said oui oui”.Then, not having understood us, they forgot to make a sandwich, so we asked them to do it but it seemed like it bothered them more than anything else. Finally the other seller finally made the sandwich which he put no effort into making.Finally, the excessive price just for the sandwich without accompaniment.To conclude, I advise you not to go there.

Had one of the worst experiences at this subway. Oscar the manager charged me first on the bill double cheese for 2 foot longs when my son was the only one with the extra cheese when I called his dark skinned friend to change the bill then Oscar came over1) he snatched the bill from my hand in front of public and screamed what do you want now? Go away2) he then crushed the bill and threw it in trash and then he said what you want again haan? I said please correct the bill and he said yeah yeah sure3) he started slamming the keyboard then printed a bill without the cheese added and threw the bill at me. My son was watching this saga unfold4) the bill was for $35 this time and not $33 since I have the server a tip. The charging machine was showing the amount was $35.17 pay this pay this and told me this is the new amount. Pay this and get lost.5) I paid the bill using the Apple Watch and then I told him to be nice and humble to customers.Maybe he works in a bad management since there is a casino that one has to cross all the way to get to this location and then the casino is opposite to this entire seating area. Will never go there again. Feel so violated and disrespected in this location. Loathing person he is.
