This location has a HUGE moth bug right next to the food!!! I asked the worker about it and she didn't seem to notice somehow but it caught my eye the moment I walked up to it. Me and my wife were shocked and was looking for the health and food rating letter which there was NONE!!

First of all we had two waiters who didn't want to make any effort to understand us. One was called Oscar and the other I don't remember. Oscar, a very condescending salesman who took us for nothing and who made fun of us because we were French, he told us: “in France we don’t say yes, we said oui oui”.Then, not having understood us, they forgot to make a sandwich, so we asked them to do it but it seemed like it bothered them more than anything else. Finally the other seller finally made the sandwich which he put no effort into making.Finally, the excessive price just for the sandwich without accompaniment.To conclude, I advise you not to go there.Kid-friendliness: Entrance is through the casino

Had one of the worst experiences at this subway. Oscar the manager charged me first on the bill double cheese for 2 foot longs when my son was the only one with the extra cheese when I called his dark skinned friend to change the bill then Oscar came over1) he snatched the bill from my hand in front of public and screamed what do you want now? Go away2) he then crushed the bill and threw it in trash and then he said what you want again haan? I said please correct the bill and he said yeah yeah sure3) he started slamming the keyboard then printed a bill without the cheese added and threw the bill at me. My son was watching this saga unfold4) the bill was for $35 this time and not $33 since I have the server a tip. The charging machine was showing the amount was $35.17 pay this pay this and told me this is the new amount. Pay this and get lost.5) I paid the bill using the Apple Watch and then I told him to be nice and humble to customers.Maybe he works in a bad management since there is a casino that one has to cross all the way to get to this location and then the casino is opposite to this entire seating area. Will never go there again. Feel so violated and disrespected in this location. Loathing person he is.

Horrible service. They don't understand the terms bowl or salad. I asked for chicken and they started putting pepperoni and salami on my dish. Then they tried to charge a totally different price than the signage, double. Don't waste your time. Worst service ever.

Back to back days of unfriending service.. IVE never been refused at any SUBWAY to have ANY sandwich prepared the way I wanted it... There CLUB sandwiches ...only one way prepared.. in other words there way or the highway.......<<<. Took the highway.. example just mayo....mustard ..vinegar salt n pepper.. etc .etc..not allowed... Wrapped up as the way they said SUBWAY demanded ........Dietary restrictions: None offered... They fixed it ...it's DONE

Was told they were closed for 15 mins due to shift change on Saturday at 10:30pm. After waiting 30 minutes, no one was in the front so we asked Pizza Hut lady next door and was extremely rude. Guy then came out from back and proceeded to close up. Horrible customer service.

Was charged $8 for 2 bottled waters im disputing the charges. Customer service was awful, very rude Mexican worker there all he was doing was talking g and not paying attention to the front.

My son and I grabbed a quick bite here one afternoon. It is located in the food court near the cavernous Canal Shoppes so you have people all over the place in a dark environment. The staff didn't seem to care very much (didn't lift their heads or pretend to smile). The ingredients seemed fresh enough and the sandwiches tasted OK even if they were a few bucks more than your typical Subway (location, location, location).

Zero stars! 24hrs? Definitely depends on who's working. Went to order at 1230am on a Sunday said the customer in front of me was the last customer. Said the cook was done cooking. Um..... it's open 24hrs.... supposedly. Clearly not and was completely rude about it! Avoid at all costs!
