I walked into this establishment at 815 ish... both employees looked at me and said nothing one came up gave me a dirty look then disappeared while the other one just stood their doing absolutely nothing... I just left. I am white and gay not sure which one they hated but I assure you if I was Mexican that would not have happened. Watch the tape manager everything I said is completely true This shop is full of bigots I was the wrong color I'm pretty sure that was the issue

If you want your sandwich made with love this is your location the veggies are always fresh ladies are always pleasant to see.. I eat hear at least 3-4 times a week here it's my neighborhood location. The only negative thing I have to say is the soda machine sucks! But I won't rate them low because I don't purchase sodas often but the few times that I have my drinks haven't been to pleasant.

Ps the neighborhood discounts I receive in the mail really makes it affordable to eat here on a regular. Thank you very much for the savings.

Is it really that hard to do their job? Half of the workers either don't speak English or don't understand it, actually pathetic. 9 times out of 10 they will mess up your order because they don't understand what you are saying.

That location has a bunch of scary people around it. The food was great and I was surprised to find out I like banana peppers. Once we clarified with the employee the customer service was excellent.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I walked in there was no one in there except for the 2 employees. One sitting at the table and the other behind the counter. Neither one of them said a word to me and wouldn’t even look at me smh. The sandwiches were made horribly and as the girl behind the counter was making my sandwiches the other one walked behind the counter and said “they don’t let us rest”! Couldn’t believe it I was literally the only person in there! Definitely need new employees! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! 👎

I placed an order, received the wrong sandwich! I called to have them correct their mistake, which is fine I guess now I have to go out of my way and pick up the right one! Once there the person remaking it wasn’t making eye contact, made me feel like I was demanding for something free! I left the full incorrect footlong there!!! Forget the lack of customer service, and non apologetic attitude! I’m walking out and the they are laughing n giggling as if it’s a funny thing to waste the customer’s time and can’t even eat together with the rest of my family!!! ZERO STARS!

I have to be completely honest. I used to LOVE Subway. My go to place.....But BUT the prices have gotten way way wayyyyyto high now for me to even consider going back. I men come on nearly $40 for two sub combos? He'll I can go to an entire buffet for that. In this economy now do we really think we need $40 sandwiches.
