Only one person works here at s time. So having three people in line can take a long time to order if each person is ordering more than one sub per person. Expect to wait an extended amount of time for service. They don't fill the subs at this location either with the right portions per subway standards. Or teach their employees the right way to build subs. So I don't blame the employees, I blame management for lack of employee training and support. The employee who put my order together didn't wash her hands between the person before me, handling the cash register then proceeding to take my order. She just switched out her gloves. But also didn't ask if I wanted anything toasted. She just assumed to toast. I don't like my bread toasted. Just the meat. So I had to make sure that was clear before she proceeded to make my order. I also wasn't aware of the menu changes which should be something they need to bring up. I wanted it corrected how I wanted the order but the employee didn't have the knowledge to make the appropriate changes. So moving. The subway footlongs were overpriced for lack of quality, and lack of ingredients. Will not be returning to this location. Unfortunately other locations have much better quality all around.

Sandwhich person didn’t know how to make it, they don’t put the meats evenly. Just did a bad job not tasty. Lettuce was oddly sweet, person not trained. Loud music is playing, hard to hear.

There is an extremely horrible homeless problem at this location. Today at 7:40 a.m. September 1st 2025 I was going to go in to order but there is a homeless guy wearing a yellow safety vest that is skipping and twirling around and bothering me at my vehicle and others as they walk by and or in their vehicles also. He has approached everyone in deal with things next to them. There's another guy with no shirt but he's carrying a long metal bar. Every time when I call this location they never answer the phone. I'm going to send all this information to the Better Business Bureau. Several months ago I also seen an employee have a physical fight with one of the homeless people next to my car until the police arrived. I only come here for the convenience but it is highly unsafe here an extremely uncomfortable personally.

The worst subway I've ever dealt with the girl that works in there at 11:00 at night today extremely rude messing around with some guys outside playing didn't even want to do her job when I came inside I asked for help and she was rude to me there was a girl sitting in the back doing nothing as well I asked if there was a manager I could speak to and she said no very rude to me I will never come back to this place again I am posting this online as well so everybody can see it I hope the owner or the management of this Subway figure it out before they go out of business because all you're going to have is trash coming in here when you have trash working for you

Honestly I have no Idea what gender they were?
Not that it really made a difference. The food was mediocre... not fresh like usual dine ins! Got my sandwich wrong and when I pointed out that I didn't get any cheese sauce on my sandwich. Can you believe they wanted to argue with me. Sorry..... not throwing that thing a bone.... whatever it was!????
I was no longer hungry so that was a waste of my time and my money! Terrible experience!

I love this guy who works this shift. He has to deal with a bunch of orders both in store and online, by himself and deal with all the meth heads and homeless people constantly in and out and around the store. I applaud him, cause my sandwich is always on point. He's better than me because I couldn't last one hour in that store. He also keeps his food line extra clean.

This is the worst Subway I have ordered from. The customer service is horrible and I are the worst wrap ever. They tried to give a grilled chicken wrap and when I ordered a chicken salad wrap.
