I have visited this subway before as it is right near my house and was really disappointed. I sent my daughter's in to get 2 foot long sandwiches and after 30 minutes went in to see what was taking so long. There was 1 young man doing his best to make all the orders and I could tell he was so stressed. It took kids another 15 minutes to finally make it out with 2 sandwiches. 45 minutes total is not acceptable.

Waited in line for 40 minutes on a Friday night just for the short Asian employee (who was on shift by herself) tell us that we couldn’t use a coupon because “it was down”.

I usually eat at this subway because it's 24hrs and I get out of work at 4am. I've never had complaints, but last time I ordered I must have got the new employee or just someone who didnt care. They didn't put all of the ingredients that the menu lists, i.e. he didn't put extra cheese for a sandwich that says cheese x2. I corrected him about 5 times, and even though I got three sandwiches I paid 41$. I asked for the receipt and was told they had just ran out of the receipt paper. I was horrified to find a few tiny hairs in-between the eggs that were in my sandwich. I couldn't even leave a customer review on the subway site because I need the transaction number and it just so happens that store couldn't give me the receipt. I wouldn't have been so upset if I didn't pay so much for sandwiches that I couldn't comfortably eat.

The service was awful. It's like they hire people straight off the street, who have no care for the service. I was just there& left half way during my sandwich. The worker was playing with lettuce instead of finishing my sandwich. While on their AirPod on the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! It's ridiculous. Show some care for your establishment!!

Pretty decent. Well I can't complain. It's quick and it tastes pretty good. The workers have been good every time I've gone and it's hard for them to mess up your order since you're saying it step by step. You can load up on sauces/condiments, I've loved the honey mustard and garlic aoli.

The Asian male making my sandwich was very unsanitary. He wiped down his counter, using his gloves and then continued to make my sandwich without changing his gloves. he was reusing the same knife He had previously used with another customer in front of me, and did not bother to wipe it down. He was so soft-spoken I could hardly hear him. When I was telling him which condiments I would like on my sandwich, he started grabbing other things and put it on my sandwich, and I was not gonna ask him to remake my sandwich. I just wanted to get out of there.

I tried to order some food online but it wasn't giving me an option to toast my food so I called them but they wouldn't answer the phone . I called them for 20 to 30 minutes straight & no answer. they should be fired. as a business they should have to answer the fones but they was just being lazy which then costed the restaurant to lose 2 sells what a good way to show they care about their job and the business it's self .trash!! and I'm calling corporate right now.!!

My experience here, they are consistent in the wrong ways. My order comes out wrong consistently. Some of the workers are unaware of what goes on what sandwich consistently or how to prepare online orders. Told "we were not trained on this" it's sad and I don't fault them if that's the case. Rated a 3 because it's not the best yet it's not the worse service. Realized they'll focus on the homeless population that come in, that it's hard for them to focus on the customer.

I had to wait for one item because the other employee who knew how to make it came didn’t come in until 4pm. Thank god I was there around 3:50. They need to hire more staff! It was a mobile order and it should have been ready with the rest of the food. I was afraid I’d have to leave without something I had already paid for! Pease hire more staff, the poor lady needs help.

The lady, I don't know if she was new, but she was super bad at serving, she threw away the products as if she didn't care, there were flies everywhere, God gave us products that we hadn't even asked for and the ones we asked for she didn't give me at all. The truth is that I regret having bought in that place, I will never go again.

This was my first time at this location and it was a quite busy in there and only two people to assist with making sandwiches and also complete your payment. I ordered two sandwiches the sweet onion and the garlic chicken one, I notice the lady who was making my sandwich didn't really know what she was doing, so she kept asking the other guy for help, so he would stop what he was doing and help her. Once she asked what kind of sandwhiches I wanted everything went so fast. Once she added all my veggies on she began rolling my sandwich up, I asked her if she put the sweet onion sauce and the garlic aioli and she advised yes and passed my sandwiches to the guy so she could take the next customer. I asked him if he could put the sauce on my sandwiches which he did, I paid and went home. Since I didn't get it toasted, I don't even remember her warming up the meat for either sandwhich. So when I got home and bit into my sandwich the meat was cold. I was too tired to go back, so I ended up taking all the condiments off and warming both sandwiches up. I have not been to subway is a few years but the sweet onion chicken teriyaki was one of my favorites and I love the Italian herb and cheese bread, I hope that things gets better for this location and that agent gets the proper training.

Location takes too long, one employee works at once and either works really slow or is slammed with orders. Tiles on ceiling are completly ruined with water leaks, health hazard. Toppings are skimpy. In app orders are not prioritized and take long to be filled. Do not come here unless you want your money wasted and even worse, your time
