The kiosks are the worst idea subway has ever implemented. The whole point of the fast/casual concept is to see your food being made while you make your selections. The staff is nice and polite, but they’re being trained to only allow orders on the kiosk. Terrible move.

This subway is awful. I ordered 2 subs a meatball and a grilled chicken. Asked them not to toast the bread just the meat and I got 2 ice cold subs. Very pissed off brought them back into the store and told them and they gave me attitude and told me to heat them up myself. I would have given them back if I didn't already pay for it. This is probably the reason there isn't a choice on the app to pay in store like every other app. Will never go back to this subway again. Very disgusted with the food and the staff. This is a very poor run store it needs alot of help. I'm not an Uber driver but it's things like this that makes delivery drivers look bad.
