Just because I asked for half of it to be toasted the is the young lady behind the counter Then proceeded to charge me for 2 6 inch subs Which in total came to be $18I said to the lady the sub is only 1079 and I'm asking for half of it to be toasted why would you charge meThe price for 2 6 inch subs. Then proceeded to argue with me. Because of her terrible service I was a loyal customer for me and my family but now I will be going down the street to Capriotti's Thanks Subway!

Daughter spent 95.00 there. Set there for 45 min. To get online order. Guy couldn't read English. Took customers before he finished her order. Other guy in back on phone with personal phone call. Sandwichs were the smallest I've ever seen, pretzel were hard.

Very bad service, the person who served me was very despotic and did not want to provide the amount of products that I asked for. I did not like how he served me.

Definitely not the place for late night snack/dinner. Service is not the best and they always skimp out on the protein for your sandwich. Basically paying for bread and veggies.

The manager at this place is horrible. My sister went to get food and this manager has a hard time understanding customers. She constantly yelled at my sister about what she just repeated and said it over and over again and gave so much attitude towards my sister. When my sister made little eye contact, the lady rolled her eyes at her and gestured her to hurry up even though only a second had passed.Finallt at the end, my sister asked for a medium cup and this manager had to keep yelling at her, asking what a medium cup is!! Another employee helped my sister out and when my sister went to fill up the cup, the manager rushed in front of my sister with her cup and laughed right at her. I worked with employees who had trouble speaking/understanding English and I understand it can be frustrating, but why would a business put someone, who has trouble, on the front line who HAS to communicate with the customer?? Gosh, don't be so rude to customers who are trying to be patient with you and the opposite goes the same way.
For the past few weeks that I've been coming here, there is always an excuse to not help us. It's either, we're not accepting coupons at this time or it's closed and only taking online orders. This place used to be really good customer service. Now it's just trash. Waste of time driving up here to hear that it's closed. It's suppose to be 24/7. Why are they saying it's closed at 8pm.

Tried coming in at 10:00pm for a late night dinner since I just got off work. This place is supposed to be 24 hrs and yet when I pulled on the door, it was locked. I rang the doorbell on the side and waited for about a minute before someone peeked out from around the corner, shook his head, and made an X with his fingers. And that was it. No explanation of nothing. I have never been to this location before and won't be returning.
