Scam Scam Scamway. Subway change name on it.Subway is starting price cheating. Employee isn’t following the they show to public. They extra charge without any notice. They just charge whatever they want. Some of them is more then $3 dollars over the manual!

Does the attached pic look like a closed store to you? Here’s my story: I was exhausted after a very long day and hadn’t had dinner, so I figured I’d stop at Walmart, eat, and then pickup a couple things in the store. I arrived at 8:43 PM (about a half hour before I’m posting this review), and according to Google the store closes at 10. I was informed by the woman behind the counter that they were closed, which was a blatant lie. I asked her what time the store closed, and she said 9, so I pulled out my phone and it read about 8:45. I proceeded to tell her what time it was, and her response was simply to refuse to serve me, stating that the ovens were shutoff. Not sure about your order at subway, but I’m aware that there are many options that they have that don’t require the oven. It’s a freaking sandwich shop! Anyway, it was an extremely poor experience, especially with being lied to about their status of being closed. I also have metadata on my photo which shows the time stamp when I took the photo, which was right after I was denied service.

Whoever this boy working on 12/24/2023 at 8:30pm was HORRIBLE. We don't have a name cause he took off his name tag. We politely asked him to change his gloves cause while he was waiting for our sandwich to get toasted, he was touching the counter FLIRTING with his girlfriend on the other side of the counter. When he had to change it, he slammed the old gloves on the counter. When he got to the spinach, he ran out. He then gave us attitude and yelled "don't worry I'll change my FUCKING gloves again" ha! Was trying to impress his girlfriend by giving bad customer service. Anyway, we told him never mind. This subway SUCKS! I'd rather not get my food handled by dirty and rude employees

I got here to pick up a customer order but person on shift didn't have nonsense on helping no good customer service at all they should have more people to be helping instead of having people Waiting I been waiting for the past 30 minutes and I don't even see the food for the order

I came to this location which is right across from my jobI was craving a great sandwich. The Sandwich artist older Hispanic male asked me would I like my sandwich toasted and I said no. Although my sandwich was never put in the toaster the bread was hard as a rock. I couldn’t go back and complain or return due to me having a meeting to attend. Please just throw away hard or old bread it not ok to be passing it out ..

They were open late which I appreciated since I was craving subway at 9:30pm. The employee was super nice & my order was correct. Will be back the next time I crave subway since it is the closest one to my house.

YOU TOOK ALL THE GOOD ITEMS AWAY THAT MAKE THE SANDWICH GOOD, you have to buy a specific sandwich of for example you want banana peppers. Your business your choice, MY MONEY MY CHOICE, will never go back, shame on you.

Went in tonight at 845. The girls working said they were closed. Everything was already put away. I asked what time they closed so I would know for future and they refused to tell me. They said we're closed now. Ok. Not what I asked but again these are young obviously incompetent high school kids probably making a whole $8 an hour, so I shouldn't expect much. (Btw they close at 9pm). They told me to go to a different subway-- and that i wasn't their problem and "too bad". They said they close early so they can get out on time because they have school tomorrow. Wish that's how the world worked, but everything doesn't revolve around your schedule. If you commit to a job, you commit to their hours. They refused to give me their names or their manager name. I hope the manager cares that their employee is costing them money and customers. If you close at 9, you close AT 9. She told me her manager said if they had no customers at 830pm they could close up. 30 min before closing. Def not who I would hire to work at my establishment. What an embarrassment to the company that those two are representing. They are literally stealing from the people signing their paychecks by closing early and losing out on sales. If they were my daughters, they'd both get their asses kicked for speaking to any adult they way they spoke to me tonight. Good luck to the lucky guys that get to take those two home to their mamas one day.
