We are always very satisfied with the experience and food we have at this subway. Workers are polite and friendly. We always appreciate the service from Stewart and would give him 5 stars.

Lady couldn’t do my order right I asked for a little mayo she put a lot and then charged me for drinks I didn’t even buy what the hell!!!!!!! AND SO STINGY ON THE FOOD!!!

The guy making the sandwhiches was more interested in the two girls Ordered 6 in turkey and the sandwhich was at room temp didnt agree with me never eating at this location again

Very disappointed with the experience. I ordered a footlong sandwich that cost over $14, but it felt like I was paying for just bread—there was noticeably less filling than usual.
This is frustrating, especially given the high price. I understand pricing may vary, but the portion size should still reflect value for money. I hope this issue is addressed, as it affects the customer experience and trust in the brand.....this location not recommended
I’ve never really been a huge fan of subway but it’s always a random late night craving. The gentleman that took my order was very nice. He was by himself but he still managed to be efficient! 🙌🏾
Janner was amazing, kind and made my Sammie so great. He was the only one there and was busy but he took his time and made the wait worth it. Thanks love!!

Pretty irritated … my tuna and American cheese wasn’t heated on my sandwich it doesn’t taste good I call and no answer and it felt rushed
I came yesterday on my break and the food was so good. Today I came on my break and it just wasn’t the best. My bread was stale, instead of cutting my bread in half, I watched the lady break the bread in half with her hands, I feel like my half was the smaller one smh. I never seen nobody at Subway do that before. Then as she was making my sub, she was tryna do another sub at the same time but nobody was behind me so I feel like she should’ve waited until I was done letting her know all the ingredients I wanted. She must’ve been new or something, she needs better training. If my bread is stale one more time, I’m not coming back to this location. That was very disappointing.
The location down the street had 3 people doing nothing. This location had one guy and he was fantastic. He was courteous even with a line. We will be coming here from now on.

This location is cutting every cost as much as possible. You should expect to get the minimum here. They counted every topping by the piece and had strict limits on everything and it tasted like it. Will try another nearby location, but may have to try something else.

Nevermind the 15 minute waits at the speaker, and the intentionally cocky attitude of the young asian teen, which I'm assuming is related to the owner, there are bigger problems to address.
Over the course of 2 weeks we've been ordering the same style of $6.99 meal deal from both Warmsprings and Rainbow. 100% of the time, this location is purposely withholding standardized portions, coming in nearly 1/2 the weight as the other local branches. I'm assuming this young man specifically has been instructed to fast-talk folks with pleasantries just long enough to confuse you.
If the bag feels light, send it back! And don't fall for the abundance of veggies vs main meat, routine.
If you're really lucky, the new girl who started last week will be condescending by repeating your order back to you in the order she prefers to say it in, just to be rude. Then she, and the dark skinned gentleman will say horrible things about you that you can hear because they left the microphone on.
In summary, these young children need to be retrained. They think they are slick, but are just kiddos.
