Went to this subway, customer service was terrible. I asked for 1 kids meal and 1 meal and 2 sandwiches. Was charged for chips and not given a meal. Tipped them, then asked where's my second cup for the second meal. She said I had to pay separate. Only charged for chips. Then got charged separate for a fountain drink. Should have deleted the first charge, and redone the order. But they didn't care, rushed me out the door. People don't take time to listen and get things correct.

Had to return to this subway 3 times to get order right. Staff had zero skill in customer service or escalations. Missed an hour of my day, food got cold. And I got food poisoning. Prep area was filthy with 2 overwhelmed and, clearly, undertrained team member. Manager was called and offered to comp meal on third visit. Really not close to enough when you have family visiting to watch a football game. Expectation of an order bring right first time, second time? Three trip to get it right. Location is a disaster.

Had to go to thus subway. 3 times to get puck up. Order right. First. Time the receipt was correct but. Worker put another order in bag. Went back to correct -they, did no remake Order. Went home. And found on sandwich with no meat. Went back. Took an hour to. Get sorted meanwhile my sandwhich got cold. I woke. With food poisoning at 130am...hadnt had any other food. 2 young guys seemed overwhlemd and. Had. Zero. Customer. Care ,experience. Called managfer who ,iffered to. Comp it but an. Hour of my. Fridsy. Night and. Missing footbsll game is. Worth ,more than 30 dollarss. Prep area was a mess. This suvway is a disaster and im being nice.

I am a huge fan of this location. The staff is kind and fast, there is little to no wait, and the location is always stocked with all materials needed to make the sandwiches. The restaurant is clean and there are always open tables. I highly recommend this location.

This Las Vegas valley Subway is located in Summerlin near Red Rock Casino. With it being very close to an old home of mine, I frequently stopped in here to grab a sub or a wrap. In all visits, I received swift help and fresh, tasty food. Check out their newest menu items if you haven't tried Subway in a while.

I arrived early in the morning, and I was pleased to find a friendly server, a clean environment, and well made sandwiches. I definitely plan to return again in the future.
This is my fav subway location and on this visit the pretty female staff was particularly efficient and attentive as I had some special requests that cannot be communicate on the online order. And she fulfilled them marvelously.There are many different sandwich shops but with BOGO offer at Subway that always makes it a irresistible deal.
