Fresh! Many locations don't seem to have quite as fresh ingredients but that's not the case with this store. Great service and the food is delicious.

Subway has really gone up on their prices and it's really not worth it to go there anymore unless you order through the app or use a coupon. The worst part is that I found a long hair lengthwise on the top of my sandwich nestled in with the mayo and mustard. I was immediately disgusted so I threw the whole sandwich away. I emailed Subway for a refund but I haven't heard back yet. Next time I'll stick to Jersey Mike's, Capriotti's, or Port of Sub.

As a former restaurant manager it is very misleading to not have accurate store hours. Online says hours of operation is until midnight it is 9:30pm on Saturday and the door is locked with the sign off. Not sure if the employees are just lazy or if management is unintelligent. Either way I feel sorry for whoever invested hard earned money to franchise this store :( if only you could get your money back from this investment.

Horrible customer service. Grumpy worker. I had to walk outta there. I made my way to the Subway on Durango instead. I didn’t mind driving a little further but geez, never going back this location on Hualapai.

Ordered online on my way home from work. So I just have to grab it and enjoy at home. But nope. Right when I opened the wrapper to check on the sandwich is was super dry no sauce at all. When I asked extra sauce in the instructions and tipped them extra for the trouble thinking they will do it. Very disappointed. I called them to verify if the additional instructions was there or if they read it wrong. I could tell that the person on the phone that I talked to was lying. He told me in surprise acting voice "oh there's no sauce? It's the other guy that made your sandwich. If it was me, I will make sure that there's extra sauce because it was in the instructions. Do you want to come back and pick up the sauce?" When I picked up the sandwich there's was no other person in there just one guy. Why can't he just apologize on his mistake instead of making up lies?

Was overcharged for 6 inch sub and charged for a foot-long on February 21. I looked at my receipt once I get home and noticed the charge I called them they said their manager is not in for the night to come back. I go in today on February 26 was told the manager does not work on the weekends and to come back lol. I'm not chasing down a manager...At this point it's kind of ridiculous and all I want is either another 6 inch sub or my money refunded for a mistake made by an employee. They had to text the manager and her rude response was that she 'would allow it this time' what a joke. This location it's better customer service ASAP.

This location has awful customer service. I've had issues with them multiple times and I keep giving them chances thinking it's just that one employee. Ordered online & when we got home & opened the sandwich there was no meat or cheese... how do you forget the main ingredient then continue to make the sandwich that you can clearly see has no meat? I never leave reviews for places but I'm so over the way this location is ran. No customer service & just lazy employees & lazy managers who train employees to be terrible workers. Will not be returning to this location again as I have already given them a ton of chances. Do better.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I have ordered from this place twice and both times I have had messed up orders. 1st time I ordered for delivery, they forgot to give the delivery person my cookies. The 2nd time I ordered delivery, they forgot a whole sandwich. I have called them up on both occasions and their solution was that I can come pick up my missing items. I paid over $10 for my order to be delivered and now I have to find a way to pick up my items YOU forgot? While eating my sandwich I noticed they charged me $2 for avocado and didn't put any on my sandwich. When I brought this to their attention they told me that they don't have avocado and was UNABLE to refund me the $2 they charged me. I am very unhappy with my experiences here and I will not order from this place again!

Terrible. I go to Subway relatively frequently to get a grilled chicken wrap. Every time I go to this location, they don't wrap my sandwich. They simply throw meat into the wrap and fold it in half like a hard shell taco. Placed an online order and clarified to heat it. It was freezing cold when I picked it up. Went the other day so I could make sure they heated my sandwich. Stood there for ten minutes in an empty waiting area before someone came out and laughed at the fact that I stood there for so long. Almost got behind the counter and made the sandwich myself. The employees are rude and don't know what they're doing. This SubWay would be better served as just an extension for the gym next door. It's pathetic.

How do you make a "turkey and avocado sub" without any avocado, charge full price, and refuse to give me a refund or remake it correctly? Manager Maria is incompetent and doesn't take accountability for her employees' bad work. I spoke to the girl who made my sandwich and she knew 100% she made it wrong before I even said anything.
