The sandwiches were good. Customer service and atmosphere were okay. Open 24 hours. But at 11am only one person working. She was doing online orders and in store. No hello no I will be with you in a minute. When she got to u she got to you. Sandwich turned out fine, but can find better Customer service at another subway for same sandwich.

After I paid I just wanted to fix my order and was ignored. I got the saddest nachos I have ever had. Might as well have made my own at home. They did not have a key for the bathroom. My Dotson needed to use the rest room.

Went to pick up two sandwiches with my husband on order pickup both sandwiches were wrong and wrong bread went all the way back and the employee was rude didn’t want to provide a refund. This place is terrible

These guys always mess up my order when I pickup and when they replace it at-least let me keep the order that they messed up on to accommodate the gas I wasted coming back to this store. They prefer to throw it away

Apparently there’s a rule where you can’t use the bathroom unless you purchase something. What is this north Las Vegas? No one even comes into this empty ass shop for y’all to be making dumb rules over nasty ass sandwiches. Dairy Queen was nice enough to let me instead
I placed an order on the app forgot to select add bacon to my sandwich... my bad. The lady absolutely refused to add the bacon to my order. I'm going to pay I'm not looking for a freebie. I don't understand why I couldn't get bacon on my sandwich. I just wanted BACON 🥓

Wow. I ordered 3 footlong sandwiches on the app and when I got home all 3 sandwiches were wrong. I paid for DOUBLE meat (an extra $4) on all 3 sandwiches and extra veggies. All sandwiches had a regular portion of meat and a small amount of veggies. When I called the store and spoke with Ania she was not willing to make things right. The manager was not available to speak with and I was given the wrong contact number to the district manager… Seriously? I was told that their manager advised them to not put extra veggies or meat because they were running low. Why give me the option to PAY for extra meat and veggies? I wouldn’t be so upset if the double meat and extra everything didn’t cost me extra but when I pay extra money and they don’t deliver I feel like I’m getting cheated. I AM getting cheated! I’ve never had issues with this subway until today. I won’t be using their app in the future. Just so I can watch them make it to make sure they get it right. I’ve been calling the store to get the correct number to their district manager to request a refund but now the store is not answering. How convenient. Do better, Subway.

It’s nothing personal to this location. This is just for all subways now the prices are absolutely atrocious. I ordered a 6 inch beast and honestly the amount of meat in it for the cost of $15.05 was absolutely highway robbery. I just went to Vons down the street and got 2 pounds worth of sandwich meat instead and a loaf of bread.

I placed a CURBSIDE pickup order.
When the app said it was ready around 205 I pulled up to subway and clicked yes I'm really here.
I was the only car when I pulled up and two other cars pulled in after me.
I waited and waited and seemed liked they would continue to serve other ppl and not give me the order that's ready in the app and paid for. Okay.
So I call and say hey I'm waiting for a curbside order to which some man replies we don't do curbside. I said yes you do and hung up.
Then I waited again and after some more time I called and said hey I'm still waiting out here for my curbside and the same man replied we don't do curbside and I said yeah you do and I'll be out here waiting.
After some more time I waited finally some black girl comes out to give me my order. And she says are you sam. I'm like oh so you do curbside and took my order from her.
As she returned to the subway she turned around and flipped me off and I flipped her off back
I advise you to listen to the phone calls and look at the cameras and promote these exemplary employees. Matter of fact make them managers or something. I'll be coming back here bc this is my favorite subway.

Today 05/08/2023 at 12:10 in the morning I went to this store and the lady who was there tells me that she cannot serve me because it is closed with a sign that said 24 hours and the door open and when I leave an American couple enters and she serves them and I go back in and ask her is it 24 hours or not and she started laughing and did not want to serve me she is a racist and I want a good answer from you because there you can check your cameras because I am going to take this to the media for being retarded with racism and more than one person who lives preaching racism I will never return learn to hire people with a better level of education than this mediocre blackmailer
