I visited the store to get a quick bite. I wasn't aware of the pay first rule,so I made my way to the restroom just to wash my hands ,so on that way ,I didn't nor wanted to order,first, leave my food unattended or even worse take it to the restroom. I was stop dead on tracks by a very loud male ,#6467,who stated that I needed the key ,which I understand so I proceeded to get the key,well he very rudely stated that I wasn't to be allowed to get that key until I pay for a sandwich. I was hungry and I really wanted to wash my hands,and even the way I was addressed was unnecessary rude I complied. I was rush to make my decision and what I wanted ,however I still continued with my order. After paying I was going to place my order,something that I didn't wanted to ,however I tried and and I was stop by the same male attendant. I had to take my food to the restroom, just to wash my hand so I can eat ,busy day etcetera. I wrote an email to the District Manager Maria Cabrera, and I'm still waiting for any type of response. This occurred 4 days ago, absolute silence. I work outside all day and drive around the valley all day,so clean hands for me are a luxury sometimes, and I try to go to places we're I can get a decent bite and quick. Never again .I will never visit this particular location ,I actually visit another location ,same reason, same scenario, the attendant was pleasant and allowed me to wash may hands before I place my order. Not sure if the location that I visited has different standards of how a person should look before it gets assistance,some thing as basic as just to wash one's hands before eating and spend my hard earned money at their establishment .

Paula she says her name is ( Hispanic lady that's always there ) Says she is a manager . for one is extremely rude and no where near professional. I Asked for NO tomatoes on my protein wrap and she put them anyway when i asked for it to be made over as i am allergic she said NO she has more customers and its not a big deal. SHE MADE CLEAR that only 1 jalapeno comes on the wrap and i was unable to pay for more. Why advertise something with jalapenos with only 1? Not only am i eating a wrap with one jalapeño i have tomatoes juice on it which will make me sick. So her response was call corporate and showed me the number from the receipt and told me have a nice day. i come here very often and to be treated like that is insane. SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED . why does anyone think its okay to just remove an item that touched everything and tell me i will be okay even tho it touched the rest of the protein? i will in fact be in contact with corporate and a general manager !! just a disgrace!! ohhh yes not to mention i have asthma and there is NO WATER CUPS i needed to pay for a soda cup for TAP WATER ! just shut the entire place down if that's the case. i do not recommend

Employee doing an interview having people wait when it’s only one person working. Every time I have come here it’s always only one person working. WHY? On top of that I had to wait longer because she forgot to prepare an online order for someone else when I had already been waiting. She also had waiting person behind me waiting like a couple of idiots. Make this make sense. Every employee is incompetent or has an attitude problem as well. Where are these people being hired from? This is a shame because this location is around the corner from my house and now I won’t come here anymore. It’s ridiculous. Get it together or just shut the location down.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Came in today at maybe 1057 on 12/11. The person in the front didnt even acknowledge me or say hey but she did to the lady behind me and helped her without acknowledging me...no good. She then bent back down and continues to do paperwork without acknowledging me the customer. It was only after a whole family came in did I even get looked at not spoken to, just looked at. I proceeded to make my order because by this time im irritated and ready to go and then BAM no spinach and the tomatoes that was up there looked absolutely horrible!!! You know i could have overlooked everything else but customer service is everything to me and maybe we need to work on that and acceptable presentation. Maybe you can learn something from y9ur neighbors at DQ. That African American lady waa alone and delivered exceptional customer service to absolutely every customer. Ill be reaching out to corporate because this needs attention. I ran back time so you can run back cameras...let this be a training tool of how NOT to treat your customers.

I had visited this location and the sandwich artist behind the counter was absolutely amazing! Chris was very outstanding. I love the fact that this store has hot Cheetos (only at this subway) if I could give the store a 10 star review I will leave a 15 star review. I personally go to this subway every time an recommended it to everyone ! what made the experience an visit soo good was kindness and being respectful

The sandwiches were good. Customer service and atmosphere were okay. Open 24 hours. But at 11am only one person working. She was doing online orders and in store. No hello no I will be with you in a minute. When she got to u she got to you. Sandwich turned out fine, but can find better Customer service at another subway for same sandwich.

After I paid I just wanted to fix my order and was ignored. I got the saddest nachos I have ever had. Might as well have made my own at home. They did not have a key for the bathroom. My Dotson needed to use the rest room.
