The low rating is for poor customer service. I walked in around 1 pm on Sunday 3/24. The place looked closed because the open sign was not on. As a customer this appears like they don't want any business today. I walked in and stood at the order counter for a while. The employees just looked up and mumbled. The basic minimum standard should just be Hello. Or at least a friendly acknowledgement. They lack being basically friendly and made it a point NOT to talk the customers. They just stared at us. They don't say thank you either. The food is cheap and you get what you pay for. If basic customer service is important to you as a customer, you would be better off at a different location or chain altogether.

I was there today and ordered one foot long sandwich. They made my sandwich and their computer was having issues. So after making my sandwich and the other 3 people behind me, we all wait there for around 25 minutes while they try to fix their computer/internet. After a long wait (over one sandwich) the guy tells us that we can't get out sandwiches if we don't have cash. So we all had to walk out without our sandwiches. So they just throw them in the trash instead of giving them to us after a 25 minute wait? What happened to customer service. Never going here again.

Just left here the short chubby guy that works at night came out the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands he stopped helping me to go help somebody because they said they only wanted cookies and after helping them he didn’t change his gloves and continued to make my food after he just touch dirty money the place is nasty I worked with fast food for 5 years and I know there food line should not be looking that nasty !!!!! Don’t go there they don’t wash there hands and there food lines are not clean !!!

Ok, so we got what we're asking for... The least expensive fast food in Vegas on Dec. 25th. Sadly, it wasn't cheap. Why? Because it was Christmas Day and it was inside the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. I'm curious if the price for a sandwich is normally double the price, or is this just the best way to celebrate the birth of the Savior of the world? My only consolation is that the sandwichistas were getting time and a half.
