I understand I am eating at a Subway, not a Michelin Star restaurant... so I got what should be expected. The place was very clean, the food was fresh, and the person working the place (by herself) was very nice but also very busy so there was an urgency to her service which I appreciated. Take that into consideration when you read the other negative comments.... set your expectations based on this being a Subway.

ask them for extra tomatoes and lettuce and she said she couldn’t do it that she had to charge me for it. I ended up not taking my food because she was giving me a smart attitude.

Called this place to cancel an order I had placed immediately after accidentally placing it at this location with no answer… called them 8 more times with no answer. Guess they just don’t have a phone in there.

Person was rude, refused to put any of the extra veggies, tried to charge me $6.99 and I told her I just wanted the sandwiches for $4.99, told me there was no such deal like that and had to bring it up on my subway club app. And I asked for a cup for water and said no, only serve water bottles. And the bread was hard as a rock. I don’t usually do these reviews but it just SOO bad I had to and felt validated when I saw all the other reviews referencing the same thing. Don’t give your business to this place.

It needs to be said considering the over priced. To have a bread display where the bread is is covered with a half inch of mold. She explained it was for the trash. But im sure every customer would have been beyond disgusted and most walk out because it was right where you order. Health inspection needed bad.

How they close a whole 1hr before 11pm… she looked right at me and ignored me asking why she closed the store a whole 1hr before 11pm closing time displayed on her door.

Friday June 13th 8:30pm; whoever was working that shift told me they were closing for 30 mins. On a weekend? Would have taken her no longer than 5 mins to make my order.....seems like management needs to be replaced or step their game up at this location.

I definitely understand why this Subway has a low star rating. Walked in at 1030 AM to get a meatball sub. They weren't serving meatballs yet. The associate didn't have the best attitude. Price of the dippers were $3.00. I was charged $4.00 per one. I definitely don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Only reason why a 2 star is the store was clean.
