Roma was so rude and dearispecfull with hear ear pod talking on the phone while we try to place an orderWhen asked for veggies she only add one leaf of spinach, so stingy and her tone when she asked how I was going to pay was out of placeThat a the reason this place have some many bad reviewesPlease get ther out of there this is my first and my last at this subwaySo desapointedCan’t even eat my meal after a such bad experience

I wanted to wash up b4 dinner. The bathrooms were locked. The lady said they were in use. 5 min later still both locked. She also shut the soda machine off as we were filling our cup. She told my wife she wanted $1.50 for a refill. I informed her she had shut the machine off b4 my wife filled her cup the First time! She repeated it a couple times so. I. Did the same! She spoke so fast in broken English U could barely understand her! She needs socialization training! The next day When I visited they said refills were a $1. The dark hair, night lady, ( 40 to 50 )had a name starting with M.

I was about to go into the store and I saw a girl who was mopping, when I looked at her she was making me a face like trying to said to me “do not pass” and after that I told her: “oh, ups, I think I might come later” and she was: “YEAH” and she was just looking at me with a mean face. I understand that is horrible when you’re mopping, someone comes and step over the floor, but the way she treat me is the thing that I didn’t like it, most of the crew there are cool, but this girl wasn’t. The incident it was today (Sunday) at 2:20 PM.

So it's wednesday October 11th at 10:23 PM I need an order off grubhub For 2 foot long sandwiches one was a hot sub. It was supposed to be a toasted meatball Sandwich and the second one was for the ultimate Italian BMT What We received was a footlong untoasted ice cold meatballs up with soggy bread that was just disgusting not having it and the ultimate Italian bmt.Which obviously you pay more forwards one of their new sandwiches Had no Italian meats in it whatsoever it had a little bit of steak in there with the topics that he requested And if that wasn't bad enough it was drowned in the vinegar at so bad that the entire the bottom of the bag look like grease had gone through it Now if you do not have the product that you say you do. Then you cancel the order and what amount of laziness? Is it to not toast in properly? Make. The Sandwich and then honestly put all of this in a bag and send it out? Like. It's perfectly OK.I obviously called Grubhub and I got a refund But once I refund it I couldn't leave a review and this was such gross and lazy behavior and now that I read the reviews oh my goodness.I should've read them first.This is terrible the manager of the store should hang his head download the people working there.Should just hang your head in shame?It's that's the best you have to give seriously. Maybe you should not be in business and that's based Not just on my review the fact that the entire page on grubhub have reviews are terrible really terrible. I think I would Think twice from ordering from this particular Subway ....happy eating somewhere else

NO STARS---Roma made a terrible sandwich, I will NEVER ever go their again. I ordered a sliced avacado turkey cali she didnt know how to make the sandwich she had to look it up, and didn't include the avocado like it was supposed to have. What a waste. Yuck!!! ? So bad I threw it in the trash!! Don't go their.

The flavor of my sandwich was GREAT! However, my flatbread was a mini sandwich. The lady working seemed like she was WAY to tired to be working... The customer in front of us was having a hard time ordering... Then with us we were getting asked questions multiple times or she forgot something.The place was clean, she was nice. I think she was just tired We all have those days.My sandwich was DELICIOUS!

Try getting a sub and dude said he was taking a 30 min break and i been outside for 2 and half hour waiting for him to come back. He never got back from his 30 min break ??♂️way to go subway ? plus dude was watching me sit outside just ignoring me!!08/02/23 3:15am

DO NOT GO HERE! They charge you more than the price listed on the menu and say nothing until after you pay. Then they blame it on the computer, say there's nothing they can do and refuse to make it right. What's worse is the employee, Roma, said she KNOWS about the problem and so does the Manager, but they have done NOTHING to fix it and they don't warn customers when they take their order! This is unacceptable and illegal. Take your business elsewhere.

The wheat bread was hard, when I bit it ,it crumbled like it was toasted,I told her that,she said it was toasted, I said it was not toasted, she said ok,there was a moment of silence, and nothing,no resolution, no nothing, last time I visit this one. Check your bread,
