Horrible customer service. We walked in and waited for 5 minutes, not a big deal. However, the girl working then said “I’m making these 4 sandwiches and then I’ll be taking my break so you’ll have to come back later.” I’m sorry??? Put a sign on your door and lock it if you don’t want customers coming in. Absolutely unacceptable!

Put in order on app with a friend. Asked for garlic aoili and mustard on the side. They took the liberty of putting it on both sandwiches. I hate mustard. Thanks for wasting my money. Never again. Y'all can't get an order right for nothing. And we tipped yall.

Man. I go to this subway quite a bit. There’s this new lady who works there. Very short Latina dark hair. She can’t make sandwiches to save her life. She throws the meats flat on there without folding them or placing them properly. When I mean proper I’m talking about how they are trained to do it. She toasted it for way longer than I said to. She just threw the bell peppers and spinach on it. The peppers mostly piled in the middle. I ask for oil and vinegar. She squirts them in a circle right in the middle. Sloppy. She needs to learn. Assuming the other recent reviews she made them too. Don’t know how to post the picture.

My sandwich was made in hurry. No bacon. Lettuce was at the bottom the thing. Kinda brown to. Bacon supposed to come on it. Didn't even cut the bread half really. Tore it. I've been in the morning. And it's way better but tonight. Not good. I'm a local too.

This location does not like the $6.99 Sub of the Day meal. They do whatever they can to charge you more, like turning off their fountain machine so you have to get a bottle drink which they charge you extra for or purposely hiding medium sized cups that come with the meal and say they only have large so you spend more.

Was going to this location with my dog for about 17years.... Every year was getting worst n worst i finally made desition to End supporting the franchise...these times NOT even takes for EVERRR but they dont even speak wards of English!!!... Terrible terrible experiences!

10/10 for Alex and his trainee he was training he completed 3 footings and 1 six inch in under 5 min with the help of his employee who’s first day on the job Alex was quick and efficient no mishaps everything went smooth dispute a line up. Alex had fantastic customer service under pressure definitely will come back I had a great experience with Alex subs were amazing perfect. Highly recommend this location. I will be back.
Harmon Square has turned out to be one of the most racist es tablishments. I am 65 year old African American Disabled Female riding a scooter. They would Hispanic male and female today expected me to purchase a toasted....Burnt meat sandwich and commence to disrespect me.

This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The sign says 24/7 and the gentleman told me he couldn’t make a sandwich because he’s cleaning… why even advertise 24/7 then? This is the second week in a row I’ve gone in late-night and this man has refused to serve me because he’s “cleaning”.
